This is a great little cookbook with a wide variety of good-looking recipes that sound appetizing and have good variety without being unfamiliar. The recipes also do not have huge lists of ingredients and are easy items to find in most grocery stores. I surprised myself and noted that I'll buy this one if I find it at a good price. It should be helpful in my learning to incorporate the Instant Pot into my lifestyle.

Meh. My wife got an Insta pot from her mother for Christmas. She seems to think it’s the end all be all. None of the recipes seem to be particularly hard to do in a pot. I’ll try a few.... but it’s just a pressure cooker...

Chicken Marsala (p. 86) with Basmati Rice Pilaf (p. 128)
Delicious! I doubled the sauce, and I'm glad I did.
I'm looking at a carrot dish next.
If the other recipes are this yummy and easy; I look forward to trying them.

Great info and layout. I really enjoyed the layout of this book and would recommend it for anyone wanting to add to their cookbook collection.
