Aka her worst nightmare.

When I walk into the ER for my first shift, the nurses all want me.
I don't need my stethoscope to hear their hearts pounding.
Except Tessa. She’s actually focused on her job.
Not my military background, or tattoos. No, she’s actually all about patient care.
Well, let me care for you sweetheart.
But she thinks I’m full of myself, annoying at best.
She couldn’t be more wrong.
Fact: I know what I'm doing in the ER.
I can also fulfill her wildest fantasies.
That's not ego. That's the truth.
However, when Tessa gets hurt I find myself swallowing all my pride.
She needs me, and I’m just what the doctor ordered.

His Naughty Nurse is a super steamy bad boy doctor romance. It has a HEA and NO Cliffhanger. Your temperature is going to rise with this one! Also included is a special exclusive Bonus Book!

Short & Sweet 3***

Tessa Kennery is an ER nurse who is greatly admired by her co-workers and doctors alike for her expertise and great work ethic.

On one of her shifts she meets Dr. Evan Sholly who she had never met. A gun shot victim comes into the ER and Tessa finds out the usual doctor she works with is not around, but Dr. Sholly is there instead. Their first meeting was a bit confrontational to say the least. However, they both feel an instant attraction.

Dr. Sholly works the nightshift so he is a bit overwhelmed the time change in his shifts. The meeting with nurse Tessa makes him almost feel like an unfit doctor. The next day the doctor and Nurse Tessa handle a case that brings back horrific memories for Dr. Sholly. Even so, he is impressed with her skills and in the way she handles herself with the young patient. In an attempt for an apology for the confrontation the day before, these two quickly forget the no fraternizing with superiors policy. They were interrupted before completion and the next day Tessa was assigned to another doctor.

Evan tries his best to keep his distance, but ends up opening up to Tessa about his childhood. She sees another side of him and can't help being more attracted to him.

Even though he hasn't wanted to be serious with anyone in the past, he starts feeling because of Tessa that being alone is not right anymore. Tessa also issues in her past and finds it hard to trust.

After an incident throws them together, they can no longer fight their feelings and give in. A misunderstanding and lack of communication leads to some conflict between the two.

This was a fast paced, short, and sexy read. I found the blurb to be a bit misleading. Dr. Sholly is a bit troubled because of his past, but he is a sweet guy.

I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of the book.

His Naughty Nurse is a quick, steamy, smart read. Because of the male lead's (Evan) painful past (we get a glimpse of it in a prologue) it also has an emotional depth that you would not expect in a book of this length. Both Evan and Tess (the female lead) are very likable characters despite the bad first impression that they leave with each other. It was so nice to see them work through that and ultimately succumb to the attraction they feel for each other. They do hit a bump in the road (due to lack of communication and gossip), but they successfully work it out (rather swiftly and neatly which I understand due to the length of the book). That is the one drawback for me - I wish the book was a bit longer. It would've been nice to see the couple beyond them establishing a relationship, especially since there were built in complications implied due to their working environment. His Naughty Nurse gets 3.5 out of 5 wine glasses from me and I look forward to reading more from Nicole Elliot.

She is an Emergency Room Nurse who is esteemed by colleagues and loves her job. Today should be no exception, but there is Tessa Kennery finds out that the Dr. she has been working under for a while now is not there. Worse yet there is an emergency that comes in, she is face to face with someone super hot and yet doesn't do anything by the rules. Tessa isn't afraid to make sure that her job is done at the very best and by the rules it should be, and telling Dr. Evan Scholly what that is all about is just icing on the cake.

He is used to working the night shift, things are more lax than they are doing the day shift. He came aboard the day shift to have a little bit of life for himself. What he wasn't expecting is a Nurse that is brazen and bold enough to call him out in front of people, while having the nerve to help out while doing that. Evan is not about to bend or break the rules, and after consideration to this Nurse Tessa, he does the right thing.

Now that the ER has calmed down a bit, Tessa and Evan are face to face, after the confrontation. It doesn't take long for their reactions to one another show. There is definitely a lot of chemistry and pull between these two. Things get heated, and they are almost caught. Both have dark secrets that they hide well. That is until a little girl in the ER has Dr. Evan Scholly reliving his dark past. Weird thing about it it, after the situation is taken care of, he tells Tessa about his past, and how this brings things to the forefront for him again. Evan has never told anyone. What is it about her that has him letting go and looking to move on....with her?

A sudden incident happens that Tessa ends up having to take control of, and she is very shaken up about it. Now in the ER but not as a Nurse doing her job, but someone that assisted with the patient being brought it, things get a bit unnerved for both her and for Evan. He sees her, and the state of her attire, he is a bit panicked. He also handles the security guard who is doing his job but also upsetting Tessa. During this incident Tessa was out running with her dog. So the dog is also in the ER. There is now Evan taking care of Tessa and trying to calm her and be there for her. Things heat up really quickly and now there is the turn in their togetherness that needed to happen...and very deliciously it does happen.

A miscommunication and a misguided mixture of anger/hurt/scared/happy take place, and the way they are able to get their happy ending is enough to make you want so much more for these two. They absolutely deserve that happiness.

ER nurse Tessa Kennery was drawn to the medical field because she wanted to help people and decided to be a nurse because it would allow her to experience a personal connection. Tessa calls out the drop dead gorgeous new doctor for not following standard procedure when a gunshot victim arrives. Night owl and ex-NAVY doc Dr. Evan Sholly is only halfway through the day filling in for Dr. Nualli and is already reminded of why he'd vowed to stick with the night shift. Evan has never worked with the curvy and stunning Tessa before, who catches and calls him out for making a mistake, and can't get her out of his mind. Evan and Tessa are attracted to each other but fight their attraction because the hospital's no fraternization policy. But after Evan meets Tessa, being alone just didn’t feel right anymore and he can't stay away. And neither can Tessa ... and they give into their attraction. But the next day Tessa hears from another nurse that Evan is thinking about re-enlisting. Tessa thinks that maybe Evan is stringing her along and takes days off from work to avoid Evan. Is this the end for Evan and Tessa?

His Naughty Nurse: A Bad Boy Doctor Romance is dramatic, emotional and steamy. Nicole Elliot paired an intriguing story and interesting characters for a book that was hard to put down. I highly recommend this book.

A well written love story about 2 people who have both experienced pasts that they would like to be left behind. Tessa was in a bad relationship with Tyler and she is still trying to get past the hurt. She is a nurse on the day shift and a darn good one. Evan had a rough childhood growing up with a father who didn't fight for him and ended up in foster care. He is a doctor that is normally on the night shift but working on days right now to cover for another dr that is not available to work. When Tessa and Evan first meet, they clash during a GSW. Then when dealing with a young patient that is being abused, it brings them a little closer. The chemistry these two have is off the charts and undeniable but they fight it due to hostpital policies. Can they fight the attraction they have for each other? Can they put their pasts behind them to make a relationship work? I am not that reviewer to tell you the whole story. It's definitely worth your time to get the book. I voluntarily read an Advanced Reader's Copy of this book.

Tessa is a great nurse who works in the ER of a busy hospital. Normally she is paired up with the same female doctor and the two make a great team. Then one day she gets teamed up with Dr. Evan Sholly. Tessa finds the Doctor to be condescending, arrogant and lazy doctor who skips skips. Dr. Even thinks Tessa is bossy and doesn't belong in the ER. Usually Evan works the night shift so the swap to day shift is rough on him. When one of his patients is a girl who shows signs of abuse, he and Tessa start to work together as a team. Together they overcome their bad introduction and really get to know each other. This is a good book between two characters who have plenty of chemistry even if they don't always like each other. I voluntarily received a copy of this book and this is my honest review.

Dr. Sholly's temperature isn't the only thing rising when Nurse Tessa is around...

Tessa is a confident ER nurse who has gotten into a nice routine at work finally. That’s all flipped upside down when Dr. Sholly comes in for a shift and she’s to assist him. He may look like a Greek God and the entire nursing staff seems to be eager to get physical with Dr. Sholly, but Tessa has her job and her patient on her mind and she’s not going to let this handsome man cut corners in her ER. She stands up for herself and refuses his first few advances, but he’s a persistent man and perhaps not as awful as his first impression had Tessa believing.

They share hot banter, stolen moments and when they finally cave to their desires it’s absolutely explosive! I really enjoy love/hate romances and this one was great!

HEA. Standalone. No cheating. No cliffhanger.

I enjoyed this story! It was a quick read and I liked the characters. Things do move fairly quick because of the length but I felt that we had a little build up and a little getting to know each other between the characters. Tessa is a nurse and Evan a doctor. They don't exactly have the best first impression but it does get corrected. Evan pushes people away from his past and so he tries that here but it doesn't work very well. The sex is explicit and there's a lot of sexual tension between the characters. The story was a fun read for me. I enjoyed it. It had romance and a a little bit of action thrown in as well. It was a great combination and kept me entertained while reading.

Blurb:
Evan is a doctor, Tessa is a nurse, both work at the same hospital. The two end up have feelings but are afraid of breaking hospital rules of being together.

This short story was okay. I loved the plot but didn't connect too much with the hero, Evan. He was just bland to me. Now the heroine, Tessa, she was amazing. Strong and capable best describe her.
The two of them needed more connection emotionally. Plus, it wouldn't hurt to have a few more passionate scenes between the two. The title is "His Naughty Nurse" and there really wasn't a whole lot of naughty.

Evan is regularly a night shift doctor but is filling in for a day time doctor. Tessa is his nurse for the day when a GSW comes in. They clash over his care, and he learns he must say he is sorry to make things right. Only one problem, their attraction may be stronger than either realize. A few patients later, a little girl comes in and reminds him of his history and how he feels he doesn't deserve love. He must deal with his feelings in order to show his love to Tessa. A wonderfully written book that shares the story of abuse, and ultimate love. I voluntarily read an Advanced Reader Copy of this book.

This is truly an attraction at first sight novel.
When Tessa, an ER nurse, meets Dr Evan when he covers for one of the doctors their first encounter is anything but smooth. However, both are thrown off by how much they are attracted to each other during that encounter. As Evan and Tessa begin to navigate through their feelings toward each other, while keeping the policy of no fraternization in mind they both realize when things are meant to be nothing stops it.
Evan must deal with his past in order to move ahead with Tessa and Tessa must deal with her past in order to trust Evan not to hurt her.
A quick read that is sexy and sweet

3.5 stars This was a very good contemporary medical romance. Dr. Evan Sholly normally works the night shift as the ER physician but he has to cover for a doctor that works the day shift. While working a case he comes across a well trained and dedicated nurse, Tessa. Their very first interaction is memoriable and neither can forget the other. The hospital has a no fraternerizing policy so now what? Problems arise, so the question is can they have a relationship and make it work? I felt the to the title this book have more romance or 'heating up the sheets'. I received a complementary copy of this book and chose to write a review.

Dr. Evan Sholly meets Nurse Tessa Kennery for the first time in the emergency room. Not a good beginning...he thinks she should find another line of work and Tessa thinks Evan has an ego problem and is incompetent or, at the very least, doesn't care about the patients. But this is just the beginning for them.

After they clear up this misunderstanding, their explosive chemistry takes over and things get HOT very fast. But with the hospital having a dating policy, how will they be able to stay together without losing their jobs? And there are other misunderstandings on the way between these two lovers. Read the book to see what happens.

Tessa and Evan are medical professionals. He is used to all the nurses being after him but she is focused on work. It is good becuase hospital employees are supposed to not get involved. The attraction between these two tempts them to break the rules and also overcome their painful pasts.

It is well-written and keeps your interest. I liked how the author took time to develop the characters and build a relationship. You definitely feel the chemistry between the two of them.

A new author to me but I will certainly be looking for more from her.
This hot and steamy medical romance was filled with lots of lots of lust but also a lot of depth of feelings and introspection on the part of both Tessa and Evan. I like the introduction of the back story of the them both as I feel that is often forgotten in this type of book and the baggage we all carry with us makes us who we are today.
A great story with the normal ups and downs of romance and finishing with a HEA that we all pine for.

I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book. This is the first book of Ms Elliot's that I have read and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I loved the story of Evan the hot doctor and Tessa the nurse who resists his charms. How long can she do that though? Will Evan finally be able to get her to stop resisting?: I loved the hot and steamy chemistry of these two.l I liked how Evan may have come from nothing but made his way to becoming a successful doctor. I love how sweet and kind Tessa is. This was such a fast paced and sexy read with a great HEA. I will definitely be reading more of Ms Elliot's books.

Tessa has never let anything get in the way of her being a nurse. Evan overcame his past to become a doctor. Instant attraction blooms between the two. Can Tessa break through Evan's walls? Will Evan be able to prove it is more than a fling?

HOT read! Loved the fact that Evan was willing to apologize for their first encounter. With this story you get a bit of taste of the fast pace of the ER and the struggles they deal with! Good book!

A light, quick read. It touches on child abuse, but doesn't go too deep, and keeps the focus mostly on the romance.

I was a little disappointed how the heroine reacted near the end, after being portrayed as being so strong and confident throughout.

I look forward to reading more of Ms. Elliot's work, though, in the future.

Evan had a horrible childhood, but he somehow bounced back to become a doctor. Tessa was an ER nurse who was resistant to Evan's initial efforts to get her attention. This was a good short, sweet and hot doctor/nurse romance. It was engaging, and Evan wasn't quite the dog I expected him to be. I voluntarily reviewed an advance reader copy of this book.

This was such a surprise for me. The title and the cover are super misleading. I was expecting this to be a really trashy adult book, but it surprised me. There was an actual storyline with developed characters, and the writing was just really good. This was such a surprise for me, and I ended up really enjoying it!

Way fast paced story... I'm sorry to say that everything felt rushed! And it's not because this is a short story... I've read short stories and they didn't feel this rushed...
But I didn't hate it or dislike the story, I just didn't get a chance to connect with the characters properly
