Abrupt ending

Alert: some erotic scenes but easy enough to anticipate and skip those sections without losing anything from the storyline; scenes that are totally not needed in my opinion.
The ending was quite abrupt and awkward. An unsatisfying ending. not even a lead-in to the next book, which I assume is a continuation of the storyline.
Very few editing errors.
I read the book out of order as I believe this is book two. In any case, I'm not motivated to buy book three or go back to book one.

Loved it. Couldn't put it down

I couldn't put this book down once I started. I liked the characters and the descriptions of their work and environments. I would highly recommend to people who enjoy mystery. I can wait for the next in the trilogy.

Intense

A cool mystery combines with a second chance romance to make for an intense Romantic suspense novel. The characters are lovely and realistic. If you like billionaire stories you will find this one fun to read.

Really liked this story. This is not the kind of book that I usually read, but was very captivated and now want to see how the story ends!

Not a stand alone

I try to always look to see if a book is a stand alone or continued... Disappointed to only find this out when I get... to the end...

I really wanted to like this book but it really wasn't for me. I couldn't vibe with the writing style and the amount of erotic scenes threw me off.
