First book for me to read about how to be self confident and make your self-esteem, the author wrote that book based on his experience, studying sociology, and meeting alot of people all over the world, so the book is realistic and containig some useful exercises to train your self and be self-confident and get self-esteem from people around you.

This one is too Oprah for me. It is a real 'believe and achieve' book. The challenge I have with the book is that it is self absorbed and attempts to generalize individual narratives to a collective strategy.
There are some 'nice' techniques. Stay in the present. Mindfulness. Visualization.
But techniques like this are the equivalent of critiquing capitalism by going shopping. It is pointless.
