Owen Tyler was born in 1976 and grew up in Billings, Montana. Owen considers self publishing to be a great opportunity. He has always enjoyed fantasy novels, which is why he chose to write in that genre. Owen grew up visiting the mountains where he enjoyed picturesque landscapes of epic proportion. He hopes to mimic some of that in his writing. He is currently working on a series of books that will continue the tale of Teslanar and his adventures in the world of Tahlia.

I received this in exchange for an honest review.

Science fiction is one of my favorite genres. A lot of creativity has to go into books under that category, one of the reasons I love it. I wasn't bored while I read this, Tyler's writing style entertained me from start to finish. The main character Teslanar unknowingly endangers himself. He's a student who is studying to become a wizard. Curiosity during a study break is what lands him into a situation he never dreamed of. Tyler's descriptive words made me feel like I was there with Teslanar.
Just like most works of art, this book could use some light proofreading. Readers who are looking for fiction sans curse words and sexual content, this is a great option. I hope this review was helpful. Happy reading.
