Not one of the recipes seems doable. Instructions are strangely and inconsistently written. Quantities bizarre: When would you make smoothies for 7???? Worthless.
it's a rather short book of 25 vegan recipes in glorious monocolour, pity that the recipes inside weren't in colour though. Some of these recipes may not work in the uk as I've never seen a few of those ingredients in our shops. That aside not a bad book and the kale crisps are different and quite nice! And I do love the book cover!
