If you don't know anything about steak then this might be just what you need. If you are an experienced consumer who know what they like and how to get just that then this is just taking up space. I don't like to leave a negative review on items that might be great for someone else I prefer to say nothing and return the item... except they want me to call them about returning this book. Well you got me to waste my time writing this review and you will keep my $1.07 I am not happy and will not buy from this publisher in the future.
Richard H Turner writes a terrific cookbook! Although not an American and British or something he has the best advice and recipes to cook the All American favorite, BEEF. Need I say more? Two thumbs up, Richard.
