Boekje voor iedereen die wat meer creativiteit in het leven kan gebruiken of benieuwd is naar wat creativiteit eigenlijk is. Leuke citaten en duidelijke bewoordingen, geen hoogvlieger, wel interessant om door te nemen.

Na konci knihy je jeden citát, ktorý hovorí o tom, že sa neoplatí čítať podpriemerné knihy a ja súhlasím, takže toto dielo otvorene neodporúčam. Jedine že by ste sa nudili – lenže nuda je na kreativitu dobrá a naučí/nasmeruje/obohatí vás viac ako toto krátke dielo.

ان تكون متميزاً في مجالك يجب أن تكون مبدعاً فيه
فالابداع هو أن تبتكر شيئاً جديداً لم يكن موجوداً من قبل أو أن تسلط الضوء على ما هو موجود ولكن لا يدركه الناس، أو أن تثور علي ما هو نمطي وتقليدي وتطفي طريقتك الخاصة لعمل نفس الشيء ولكن بطريقة جديدة كلياً لم تستخدم من قبل.
ان الإبداع يتطلب قلوب مستعدة له وأذهان متقدة مهيأة لتري كل ما هو جميل وغير شائع في كل ما يحيط بها.
كن مستعداً لتري الشيء المدهش في كل ما يوجد حولنا.
لكي تكون مبدعاً يتطلب ذلك أن توفر وقتا لعقلك يبعد فيه عن ضجيج هذا العالم ويغوص في أعماق أفكاره المبدعة ليخرج منها بالدرر واللآلئ النفيسة المذخرة فيه.

The book lists things or activities one could do to cultivate creativity, which most of us already know about. But what was reassuring for me was that there were some listed that I previously thought to be time-wasters. Now I know they're not which is great. The other food thing about the book was the appendix which listed resources. Some of the websites are really worth checking out.

The visuals and quotes are a nice touch but the book is very repetitive and don't give that much new info. Some of them are quite interesting but honestly it's not stuff you couldn't find for free on the internet without too much trouble.
It can be inspirational and get the basics back in your mind but that's all really.
Not bad but not that helpful.

An easy book with great reminders and tips on how to start (or continue) your creative practice journey. I personally liked all the references to creative geniuses from history. For someone on their creative path looking for a breakthrough/instant gratification "yesterday" - this book helps to put things in perspective.

A good inspirational book for being creative. It is less of a 'how-to' book and more a 'you-can' book. There are some nice inspirational quotes that gets you thinking about how creative you are in your life and areas you might be able to be more creative. I found it interesting and useful as I am a bit stuck creatively, so it gave a fresh perspective and some insight.

لكنه سطحي في طرحه ووجدته اقرب الى التنظير و التكرار من شرح الكيفية
ولم يتعمق في كثير من الامور..

او للرجوع للقراءة بعد غياب طويل .. او للاشخاص المبتدئين بالقراءة او للفئة الاصغر سنا

كانت قراءة خفيفة وبسيطة، تُحفزك على أن تكوم مبدعا في مختلف مجالات الحياة، وأن توظف مهاراتك في هوايات تعبر من خلالها عن إلهامك، كالرسم، الموسيقى ،الكتابة والمطالعة. ما أزعجني في هذا الكتاب هو تمديد أفكار لملأ وحشو الكتاب .. بمعنى آخر أفكار هذا الكتاب ليست بجديدة وليست بكثيرة.. الصور والرسومات ساعدت على توصيل أفكار الكاتبة وكانت مريحة للعين بين الصفحات.

There were times that the lines/ parts of the book is quite generic. There were also some quotations wherein i find myself getting inspired reading and be motivated to be creative. I super love the illustrations in the book, makes me want to draw/doodle.
