This books written in an engaging and thoroughly readable style and will have something to offer for the experienced positive thinker and the novice. I found it to be a good prompt, to keep my mind focussed on the things that matter to me, and to be ok with letting go of things that aren't. The exercises are essential, don;t be tempted to skip. They can seem easy, but sometimes there is point where you hit an unexpectedly challenging bump and that's what you need to work through to get clear.

I got this free with one of the Natural Health Mags & it’s an easy to read, inspiring & helpful Book on how to change unhealthy thinking patterns. 🤔💭 It has many little, straight forward exercises in it too, which are related to each chapter & help you out practically. 👍🏽 I opted to read the Book first-Then I’m planning on going back through it in order to complete all of the exercises. But in retrospect, I’d advise to do the exercises as you go along! 😅 Definitely keeping this Book close to hand for future reference. 🧠
