Short and enlighting read, the author explained a couple of concepts about zen and it's origins and also a couple of examples of meditation. Insightful and really made me want to know more about Zen but this is great for a beginner like me. I feel so optimistic after reading this one and I'm a Grinch 😁

Enlighting

Beautiful. I really enjoyed this one, was short and clear with a couple of examples of meditation, what to do what to expect how to correct it, it offers also understanding about the concepts and origins of Zen in a very accesible way.

Love his books, they are very easy to read and the easy to follow exercises helps you understand the concept.

Me gustó. Es claro, simple, sin pretenciones pero da n abrebocas del mundo tan gigante que se abre en el camino del Zen.
