I'm the twisted mind behind The Gallows Novels and the After Death Series. If you want to know a bit about me, here it is: I spend too much time indoors and probably watch too many horror films. Some of my favourite things are; Alone time, people who know when to shut up, having a drink, eating pizza (usually after having too much drink the night before), reading books, adult swim cartoons, bad horror and sci-fi movies, proper good TV shows like Dexter & The Walking Dead, and last but not least having a laugh with my hilarious other half - this would usually include some of the above.

This is the second book in the Shady Arcade series. Zack and Chloe are dealing with previous events, and neither one is sure of the fallout. Zack just wants more answers to his past, and Chloe just wants Zack. However, there are still people out to get them, and neither one may get what they want. I wasn’t sure what to expect from this second book; I liked the first one after a little bit, and I was anxious to see how this one was. Wow! This latest book was terrific! I was able to jump in right away, and the story just took me away. There was no hesitation whatsoever in loving this book: it was well-written, had some great action, and I just loved all the characters. Add to that, I loved how this one ended, and I can not wait to read the next one which is supposed to be the concluding title. If you love interesting urban fantasy, give this one a try! Highly recommend! Thanks to the author for the e-book which I reviewed voluntarily.

Chloe is being forced by the Council to stay away from Zack, which is pretty hard because she desperately wants him to remember his past, their past. Zack does too, so much so that he is putting himself in danger to try and recover his memories and find out who his family is. Sweet Oblivion is a fast-paced thriller. You find yourself angry at Zack for putting himself in dangerous situations but then cheering him on for staying strong. Audrey is still present in his mind, guiding him through when he needs her most. Well-written, this is a great follow-up to Amnesia Bites.I am anxious to see how Stevenson finishes off this series in "Beyond Shadows."

Book 2 in the series introduces new characters. I loved this book!!! There were so many shockers, my head was spinning. Just when I thought I couldn't be shocked again, wham, hit again. I love this author. This series is right up there with the Gallows series for me. I love the addition of several of the characters and hope they will stick it through the finale. Zack is so wonderfully in the dark about his powers and who he is that he just bumbles along and causes chaos wherever he goes. It's just fantastic. I volunteered to read this book.

Sweet Oblivion by Sharon Stevenson is an awesome story that I could not put down. This is book number two in this awesome series that I have been so hooked on since book number one. I highly recommend this story to everyone who loves reading about fantasy and paranormal romance.

Book 2 has been a pretty good read. There’s a lot more drama, suspense, and mystery in the storyline, and delete characters have more hurdles to overcome. Book 2 has been just as entertaining as the first book.

Sometimes finding out what you have forgotten isn't for the best. The plot in this book is definitely twisted full of surprises. Mystery, suspense, and action, this book has it all! I was lucky enough to receive this book early and I am loving this new series by Sharon Stevenson!

This book was full of mystery and twists of action that will blow your mind. What is going on? Who is who here? Zack is a problem that one thing we know for sure, but will anyone be able to stop him from cousing trouble?

Things are staring to move faster in the book for Zack and Chloe but there are still a lot of questions popping up. Hopefully things become clearer in the next book.

Well. That certainly answers why the vampires are so all fired up to get their hands on Zack. I also now know what happened to his family. But now I'm as curious as a sack full of kittens as to just why the Necromancers Council is set on keeping Zack and Chloe apart. This book pulls you along at a breakneck pace revealing secrets and enemies with every page flip. By the end we finally have some answers but it's created a whole bunch more questions that I'm burning for the answers to.
