Awesome!! So many different recipes and information on natural skin/body care, beauty, and deliciousness. I loved that it had a section for natural makeup because I have been wondering if there was a way to make your own beauty products; now I know there is.

It is all truly naturally based but also affordable, ethically, & environmentally friendly (depending where you source I suppose). The ingredient list is average 2-6 items and most ingredients are used in many other recipes or are interchangeable. The author explains what the ingredients do simply but throughly. It states how long and where to store them as well.

I cannot wait to try every one of these recipes out. It could genuinely change one's daily life to incorporate these choices rather than artificially produced, possibly toxic products.

Very informational.

Many pictures, recipes and explanations to go along with different ingredient choices. Made me question some of my current bath & body choices.
