Age in Reverse is an excellent, well-written text.

The information in conversational style as opposed to technical. The author is also a fan of Dr. Mercola, as am I.

I knew much of what was in this book, but had either forgotten or neglected it. It was a great refresher and re-motivated me.

Great suggestions articulated in a non-technical manner.

Short and easy read. One takeaway for me was that Resting doesn't create energy but exercise does. I will remind myself every time I feel tired and dull at the end of the day that laying on the sofa does not make me feel better, but getting my ass up to the gym will.

Another takeaway is how important muscles are in maintaining youth. Building muscles should be a priority.
