This is a really good book, it has shedloads of coloured photographs so you can see how the move is meant to be made, gives you a good idea of what the shape of the moves are which you are supposed to be making. I started doing these but my arthritis got worse the more gentle moves I made so had to give up. But I still think the book was worth it as I hope one day, one day says she, to be able to do some of these without pain!
There are chapters on yoga for meditation, weight loss, muscle tone, cognitive and physical and psychological benefits, relaxation, shoulder and stress relief. The latter I would love to be able to do but I can't do the upward or downward stretches which are the forerunners of the movements you are going to make after that. One day maybe, one day says she!
