A syrupy sweet romance about forgiveness, love and second chances.

For years, Tony Black has worked hard at probing his deceased father wrong, that he could be a successful surfer. At the top of his surfing career, his won all the accolades there are and he’s also a thriving public speaker. One could say he has it all, but the one thing he doesn’t have is the love of his life. Fourteen years ago, Amy Maples had been his for short time until an accident changed the course of their lives.

Amy just like all her closest friends has spent her summers on Cape Cod right along with Tony, the only man she’s ever loved, the man who watcher over and protects her. Her best friend who she refuses to face the past with. But the heart won’t be denied and when she’s offered a dream job on the other side of the planet, she decides to try to rekindle her romance with Tony even when the past is almost too painful to bare. Can they forgive their past decisions in order to give way to their lifelong love?

The story of Tony Black and Amy Maples is a slow-burn second chance romance which flourishes despite fourteen years of them being in each other’s orbits yet pushing their deep love for one another away. Every page aroused the sweet friendship and angsty love they’ve shared with one another and with the rest of their close knit group of friends who they’ve shared tears of joy and sorrow with.

Secrets of Seaside not only reveals Tony and Amy’s long ago secret relationship but also the reason for their breakup and subsequent retreat to the safety of a lifelong friendship. The journey towards their happy ever after wasn’t easy. Facing their past was difficult, but together with the support of their group of friends they’re able to get over the pain and together embrace the happiness they all deserve.

Secret at Seaside is book #5 in the Sweet with Heat: Seaside Summer by author Addison Cole (Melissa Foster's sweet alter ego). It’s a standalone contemporary romance, told in third person from both points of view with a sweet, sweet happy ending. You can also read its sexier version Seaside Secrets.

4.5 Heartwarming Stars

Secrets at Seaside by Addison Cole is a beautiful, heartfelt second chance love story and I loved it.

The storyline is sweet, fun, emotional and Tony and Amy will warm your heart watching them reconnect.

Tony and Amy were passionate, endearing characters that I easily connected with and totally deserved their second chance at love.
I loved how they opened themselves up to each other, they talked about their fears and how life without one another isn't something either one wants anymore. Life is so much more fulfilling sharing it with your one true love.

description

Secrets at Seaside is the fifth book in the Sweet with Heat, Seaside Summers series and while you can read it as a standalone I highly recommend you read them all as the characters do feature in all the books. Watching their relationships unfold you do feel part of their friendship circle which adds to the overall reading enjoyment =)

I'm loving the Sweet with Heat series, each book has made me swoon and leave me feeling happy and content.

This was one of those easy read romances. Not a crap ton of drama - just enough to keep you entertained and just the perfect amount of romance. Not over the top mushy gushy. In this one we have Tony and Amy. One thing I really liked that was different then most romances is usually they suck at communication. The girl is ridiculous - jumps to conclusions and runs away. In this one they know how to talk to each other. Which is a great thing keeps the unnecessary drama to a minimum. They are both scared but they decide to jump in with both feet they talk about their fears and decide how to work thru them together. This book is all about moving on from the past -learning to let go and learning to really let love in again, even after you have been hurt previously. This book teaches you that miscommunications happen but you can't just give up and throw in the towel when something doesn't go your way, you fight for what you want.

Secrets at Seaside (Sweet with Heat: Seaside Summers) by Addison Cole
A love that's lost can be reborn.  Just ask Tony and Amy.  Secrets at Seaside is a haunting tale of tragedy, triumph and second chances.  Attraction brought together the star surfer and the shy girl next door, but heartbreaking secrets and mistrustful feelings tanked their chance at a real and everlasting love.  Will the glow of the summer sun, provide the perfect backdrop for a new beginning complete with a happy ending?  The hallmark of a good romance are the moments to cherish from beginning to end. Heat has nothing on heart. Ms. Cole made sure to deliver an equal amount of both.

Audiobook Review:

Sometimes you have to let go to find the path you are supposed to walk. Amy is one of those people, you can't help but love. Ever optimistic, always encouraging and a wonderful friend. Yet underneath all the smiles lies a deep pain. Will she ever get her happily ever after? Tony and Amy take readers on an emotional ride on the road to finding their way back to each other.
Addison Cole shows us her heart and the enduring power of love through the eyes of the surfer dude and his shy girl.

Secrets at Seaside by Addison Cole was previously published as Seaside Secrets with the name Melissa Foster. I wasn't aware of that when I began the book and I only found out by mistake. If you have already read Seaside secrets there is no need to buy this one because it's the same story. For those who are not familiar with the author or the series, Secrets at Seaside is a stand-alone novel in the series and there is no need to read the previous books to understand what is going on. You might want to do that though because we get to see all the couples that got their happy ending before Tony and Amy did. If you ask me, they could have gotten theirs long ago, but for idiotic reasons they didn't. Both of them had feelings for each other for 14 years and yet none of them was willing to take the first step. I understand that what happened to them all those years ago was dramatic, but they had been in each other's lives and the feelings were there. One of the reasons I hate second chance romances was present in this book and it covered half of it. Usually, there is drama, a misunderstanding and angst and all of those elements prevent the couple from reuniting and that makes things very frustrating for me. I don't like it. Tony and Amy spend literally half the book going over the past and Amy was trying to make Tony admit his feelings and he was pushing her away because he wasn't good enough for her. It was very tiring. The second half of the book was easier to read and it's the reason the book is not a complete disaster. I have an issue with the surfing thing all those years back and I feel like it wasn't properly explained. I have mixed feelings about this book, so I am not sure if I would recommend it or not.

This is the most emotional of the seaside sweet with heat series so far.

Tony and Amy truly love each other but Amy is trying to forget the past and Tony is afraid because of the past.

Tony is a great guy. His dad did mess him up when he was 20 and it hurt him. So did something Amy did. And although she hurt him he was always there for her as a friend. He loved her from the moment they met but after the incident that one summer he was wary. He also felt he wasn’t worthy because of what happened. It was so so sad. Why? Because he is a sweet, sexy and kind man. I love how when he makes up his mind he confronts Amy and together they face what haunts them from their past so that they can move forward.

Amy is trying to be perfect. She is wonderful and sweet but kind of a pushover. She also buries things and tries to forget. her love for Tony though she cannot. Each time she gains liquid courage to show him he turns her down. It is chivalrous in a way but does hurt her. Little does she realize her past actions has him afraid. Because of this she decides she needs a clean break and takes a job in Australia. This puts a fire under Tony and they being a conversation. A long time in coming conversation. Problem is Amy isn’t ready and Tony won’t let the past be an elephant in the room.

As they work through the past, they get closer and learn more about one another. Amy gains confidence and strength. She also learns what she wants in life. Tony is at the top of her list. Tony as he confronts his demons feels freer and more of the man he feels Amy needs. He is always there for her and extremely supportive. It is such a feel good and emotional story. You root for them to come together and cry when you see all they have gone through to get to this point.

Her friends are there for them as well giving fun moments that have you smile. this is a sweet, emotional and intimate romance of two people who love each other deeply but in order to be together must confront and let go of their demons.

First, I just need to fangirl a little over this being the FIRST seaside wedding! It's so exciting after watching the girls fall in love that one of them finally made it to the altar! But the wedding isn't the main attraction of this heart twisting, sexy, love story. Sweet Amy and Noble Tony are the stars. Each trapped in the past and afraid to move forward, they dance around each other like a tap dancer on a cliff edge. With Amy's future life, job, and home in the balance, will they finally overcome their fear of the past killing the future?

This was a fun novel that included fun, intrigue and lots of secrets surrounding serious life topics. One of the main themes was the idea that although it may take years, true love and the right love will oftentimes find its way back. Sometimes things don’t work out but sometimes they work out later in life when the timing is right. As with the others in the series I like the sweet with heat versions of Melissa Foster’s novels with the pen name Addison Cole. You get the romance and the essence of the story with a hint of heat between the sheets but none of the actual details.

Perspective is an interesting thing. In the heat of the moment people may think they’ve got a poker face but often times the people closest to them can tell there's more going on beneath the surface. The story touches upon a few difficult situations that affect many people including illness and the fear of mortality and its sad that Amy makes the decision to not tell her friends and family what she went through and decides to push through on her own. Your friends and family are the most important people in your life and life wouldn't be worth living without them by your side. Trust them, rely on them, and know that at the end of the day, they have so much love in their hearts for you.

One of the main themes in relation to the difficult situations is the idea of accepting the past and moving forward. ‘‘If there’s one thing I’ve learned this summer, it’s that you can’t fix the past. You can only accept it, maybe try to understand it as best you can, and find a way to move forward and leave it where it belongs. In the past.”

Reading this book made we want to take a vacation with all my close friends to a beach town and stay for the summer. I love the history that the friends have with one another. I thought the ending was so sweet but I won't ruin the surprise for you, you'll just have to go read it for yourself! I'm looking forward to the next one in the series. Are babies in store next for these gals?

Secrets at Seaside by Melissa Foster,
is another awesome book in the
Sweet with Heat: Seaside Summer series.
I thoroughly loved, & enjoyed reading it.
It is a touching, & emotional story.
I have looked forward to reading
Amy & Tony's book. Cheering them on, with each book in the series, that they would finally find their way, to each other's arms. Amy & Tony have always loved each. But after an unfortunate tragedy, their relationship changed. Hidden secrets have
kept Amy & Tony apart, not admitting the truth of their feelings for each other,
or to their friends.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR EVERYONE!!!

If you have not read previous books in this series you have been missing out on the fun and summer love. While these books leave out the graphic aspects, the sizzle remains.
Amy is the sweetheart of the group, proper and always there for her friends. While she may flirt, she only has eyes for one man, or rather surfer.
Tony has always treated Amy with the most respect. He's a great friend but has never seemed to push for more. Tony is often seen with beautiful women, never the same one for long.
What the rest of this close knit group doesn't know is that Tony and Amy have a secret past.
This is so shocking because we can't imagine any secrets between these girls - closer than sisters. And this secret is HUGE. How could sweet little Amy keep one this important from them. She worries that they will not forgive her.
All the romance that you expect from an Addison Cole novel plus the emotions that come with finally sharing something that has major impact on how Amy has lived her life. It takes some time before she gets her HEA.

Advance copy provided by the author.
I suggest read each of the previous ones in the series!

Secret at Seaside is a touching and emotional story that had me tearing up and reaching for the tissues. Tony and Amy have been dancing around each other for years and I was happy they got their own book. Tony and Amy have always loved each other but after an accident and the secret that they have changed their relationship and kept them apart. I absolutley loved this book and can't wait for the next one in the series.

Melissa Moran has a way of drawing you further in to the book. Her voice is so easy to listen to and she make the characters come to life

This book is a real tear-jerker, so make sure you have plenty of tissues ready.
We find out the secret from Amy & Tony's past, and there is much angst and turmoil to go through before we get the required HEA. But although you will shed a tear, you won't feel sad, because the friendship that binds this bunch of people together is so strong, that it surrounds you in a big, warm hug. Another glorious 'sweet with heat' read from Addison Cole.

This was just so sweet, as sweet as the beautiful Amy Maples.. Can't help but sigh with her as she admires the apple of her eye from afar, the man she has always wanted to be with, Tony Black. They'd shared a lot of their summers in Seaside, friends since they were teens, with a world of their own that even their other friends weren't able to take part of.

Together, they shared a secret of their past, the kind of secret nobody would want to hear, or maybe the kind of secret that they had to discuss in order to get the closure they so desperately need.

Since the first book in the Seaside Summers series, I knew that Amy Maples was different from the rest of her crew, and I loved that about her. A little insecure of herself, smart, sophisticated and a real good person, Amy was the glue that bound the Seaside girls connection. When her other three friends each had their own engagement rings, I couldn't help but felt sad for Amy because I thought she wasn't going to get her happily ever after.

But at the same time, I've always rooted for Tony Black to make Amy finally happy. I knew what they'd been through was rough and tumultuous, it was just a matter of time before they both realize that everything could be fixed if they'd only open their hearts.

Secrets at Seaside had been a sweet romantic read, something to be expected from the master romancer herself, Addison Cole!

Secrets at Seaside is the sweeter version of Seaside Secrets. All these books stand-alone though I'd suggest going back and reading the previous books in the series to see how everyone has grown and changed throughout the series. Or read them in order but it is not necessary to understand what has happened.
It was great to go back to The Cape and visit with The Seaside Sisters and all their Men. Whether they realize that they are theirs yet or not. This book focused on Amy Maples "The Sweetheart" and Tony Black. Amy owns her own company and lives in Boston, when she is not at The Cape at her Seaside Cottage for the summer. Tony is a Pro-Surfer and motivational speaker. Most all of the "Friends" were passed down the cottages from their parents, the ones that they summered at, while growing up. Now as adults, whoever doesn't live there year-round spends their summers at their Seaside Cottages with their friends.
Tony and Amy were both secretly (at least that is what they thought) in Love with each other and thought that the other did not reciprocate those feelings. They had been friends since childhood and went through something significant together as teenagers. That incident truly was a secret from all their Family and Friends and it did not end well. They also both think that the other has gotten over it and moved on emotionally while neither of them really has. A couple years after this, they became friends again and neither brought up the incident and they went on like nothing ever happened between them. Tony very sweetly takes care of Amy and watches over her, as he has since they 1st met (minus the few years they did not see each other and were avoiding each other).
Amy is offered a job in another Country, but now they both are having trouble hiding their feelings for each other and would like to try to find out what the other feels. Will their true feelings for each other come out? Or will Amy just leave and take the offered job? Will they talk about about the incident that happened that caused their parting of ways years prior and finally try to deal with it? Grab a copy and come visit The Cape and settle in for a great sweet heartwarming story.

I haven’t read a romantic novel in a while. I think this is because once I got my own love life sorted I lost interest in other people’s!

I was quite surprised at how much I enjoyed the opening chapter. It got me straight into the plot and empathising with the lead characters. I loved the way it showed the events from the point of view of both Amy and Tony.

The main protagonists have a LOT of history that needs to be dealt with before their romance can become secure. The story deals with major issues including miscarriage and death in a very sensitive way.

My only criticism of the book was that there was some repetition which may be a plot device to anchor the characters but felt to me like it slowed the story down a bit when I was eager to hear what would happen next!

I want to read more about the other characters in this book as I understand that the series focuses on each couple in separate books. Each book stands alone so can be read out of order. The first one is free on Amazon Kindle at the moment!

Overall score 4/5

This is the story of the 4th seaside friend Amy Maples. Amy has been in love with Tony Black since she was a child but he has only ever treated her as a friend. Now all her friends are engaged to be married and refusing to marry as they wanted to all get married together.
When Amy gets an offer of a job in Australia she doesn’t know what to do, not wanting to leave her friends or Tony but if he can’t return her love then she needs to move on.
Tony has been in love with Amy also but after a secret that has been kept for more than fourteen years tore them apart and put them in the friend zone he doesn’t know if she will accept his love again. But finding out that she may be leaving and he won’t see her again , spurs him into action.
This was a great story, we see what happened between Tony and Amy and how there love for each other has stayed even after letting their friends know the secret they have both kept.
I can’t wait to read what comes next by Addison Cole in the Sweet with Heat: Seaside Summers series.

I can tell that the Seaside Summers series is rich in love and friendship. Without having read the prior books, I could easily sense the depth of the friendships and shared experiences amongst the cozy group of friends who grew up together summering on the Cape. Secrets At Seaside by Addison Cole, is a second-chance at love romance. It is a seriously sweet love story, and it is a story of forgiveness and moving on.

Amy Maples and Tony Black secretly adored each other every summer when their families stayed on Cape Cod. Fourteen years ago, they secretly got together; it was short lived, and it ended badly. That summer affected them deeply, and when Amy finds herself at a fork in the road, she uncharacteristically throws caution to the wind and attempts to entice Tony into a relationship again.

The first third of Secrets At Seaside is painfully angsty. The presumed unrequited love, the secret longing, the self-blaming (for the 14-year-old incident) went on a little too long for a couple of thirty-somethings. Once the lovebirds decided to talk frankly about their past as well as their hopes for the future, the story pace--and my interest--picked up dramatically.

Beyond Amy and Tony confronting the issues surrounding their past relationship, these two must also work through some relationship issues with their fathers. They must forgive their fathers for not being perfect, and they must forgive themselves for the disrespect and lack of compassion they showed their fathers. Their epiphany is difficult but eventually heartwarming.

All the characters are delightful. So much so, that I wanted to become part of their little summer cottage community. Secrets At Seaside is as much about the community and the bond amongst family and friends as it is about Amy and Tony’s relationship.

Secrets At Seaside is a sweet treat and an uplifting read. Each book in Addison Cole’s Sweet with Heat: Seaside Summers series can be read as a standalone novel.

Sweet second chance friends to lovers romance that takes your heart on an emotional rollercoaster ride

Secrets at Seaside is a sweet and beautiful second chance, friends to lovers, romance that takes your heart on an emotional rollercoaster ride. This well written book, with a steady flow, will have you on edge from start to finish as we follow this addictive couple in weaving through the messy secrets of their past heartache while chasing a new happily ever after.

Told from dual perspective, Amy and Tony had such a strong attraction and chemistry right from the start, something that was possible to quickly see to readers given their previous history that is touched upon with just the right amount of detail. Amy and Tony were such lovable characters that will most definitely leave an impact on you with how perfect for each other they are, their likability, maturity, and loyalties. They were close to being the perfect book couple who have to go through a range of emotions from happiness, sadness, pain, and learning to open up, trust and love freely without guilt, while also dealing with some sensitive and difficult emotional issues that are tackled with such heartfelt emotion. For those following the series, we get to catch up with the wonderfully warm and quirky other characters from previous books (although each couple’s book is standalone and not compulsory to have read to enjoy their characters).

I adore these books and can’t recommend them enough to contemporary romance fans who like clean romances but with just a hint of heat to warm your heart.

Addison Cole's Secrets at Seaside is a lovely friends to lovers story, complicated by history and tainted by tragedy. This entire series has been a lot of fun to read as one by one the crew of friends at Wellfleet find themselves pairing up. But every story has been unique and they have all had their share of ups and downs, hits and misses with love and life.

Secrets at Seaside is Amy and Tony's story, and while their history is long, there's just some things they they never talk about, that long past being the main thing. In spite of this, their connection exemplifies what any great friendship should - having each others backs and being each others confidants despite the distance that comes with Tony's work as a world class surfer.

Their friendship is challenged by the attraction they have for each other and although everyone can see what they feel for each other, they both believe their feelings are unrequited. But ignoring what they feel won't be an option for forever, and this is the summer it will all come together. Once again Cole delivers as softer take on brewing passion between them, all while putting them back together with a chance for a successful relationship. With every book we learn more about how the summers spent in Wellfleet have shaped the individuals and I love seeing how their friendships have grown.

4 stars and recommendation :-)

Secrets at Seaside by Addison Cole finally gives us the much awaited story of Amy and Tony. I had been super intrigued about the hot and cold chemistry between these two and easgerly awaiting their story. Addison Cole shines in this book. Definitely the best of this series so far, I loved loved loved this book.

Tony and Amy have been dealing with soul crushing grief, guilt and unresolved issues from their past which has left an indelible imprint on their present relationship. Despite loving each other so deeply they are scared of committing to each other- craving but never showing their true feelings.

I got misty eyed and felt heart broken reading about their past. This book gives the readers more insight into these two characters and you are sure to feel deeply connected.

Tony has always been a true gentleman and very caring towards Amy but after this book, he has made a permanent place in my list of favourite book heroes.

All in all, Secrets at Seaside by Addison Cole is a must read book and definitely one that I want to reread again and again. 5 stars out of 5 to it from me and recommended to all romance lovers looking for an intense love story with heart.

As a lover of sweet romance tales, I can be quite critical of romance novels. I am not easily impressed, but I admit that Addison Cole has stepped things up in this volume. I have only read two other books in the series, and there is no doubt that this one is my favorite so far. I found myself relating to the plight of Amy's supposed unrequited love, but there was so much more depth to this story than the vast majority of romances care to detail. While the romance was sultry and sensual at times, I found that Amy and Tony did not spend all of their time in the bedroom (and because this is the sweet edition, the door was thankfully closed to those exchanges). They actually had to talk through the issue that had separated them so long ago, and at the conclusion, they discovered there was much miscommunication and needless suffering they both had undergone. There is no profanity in the book, and while the characters often go skinny dipping, I didn't have to "witness" this, and I never found myself offended or put off by anything included in the book. I applaud Addison for truly crafting a book that those of us who prefer sweet romance can read and yet still savor the depth of the story on a deep emotional level.

Sometimes you have to go back to go forward. For years, Tony and Amy have spent summers together. It was their "thing" that had a beginning, middle, and end - except, the passion that ignited within it was only known to them....or so they thought. While their connection was completely obvious, they both had let their heart take over and do the leading instead of their minds.

They have grown into new, separate lives with big futures ahead of them; however, until they deal with their past, neither one will ever be truly happy in anything they pursue. With a little resistance, Addison Cole opens the door for this couple to lay the past 14+ years on the table. I enjoyed that they weren't cast into "perfect human being" roles. Tony and Amy both have faults and made poor choices but by the end, you'll appreciate that they took the time to give it one last chance.

Addison Cole takes another love story and makes it full of sweetness that is spiced with just enough heat to make your heart swoon! By far, the friendships between the characters is my favorite. Wish I could find such a great group in the real world!

A sweet heartwarming romance of second chances!

Secrets at Seaside is a well-written book that will having keep you entertained from beginning to end. This story is full of tragedy, forgiveness, passion and plenty of romance. You never know what to expect from the girls of Seaside, so prepare to see some shenanigans pop up while reading. There are moments in this story that will have you aching for the pain and memories that Amy and Tony go through. To be so young and to have to go through the struggles that Amy went through alone is so heartbreaking. The girls at Seaside share a strong close friendship and bond. They add such mischief. It is easy to feel a connection to and like all of the characters. When I finished reading the book, I feel that the characters are one my friends, the next-door neighbor, and even family.

Addison Cole does a wonderful job of weaving romance with humor and passion while adding in tragedy and heartache that ends with the happy-ending that we come to expect. I know when I see her name on a book that it will be an entertaining and enjoyable book that I won’t be able to put down. Addison Cole definitely has a gift for writing spectacular stories! I have not been disappointed with a book yet! Definitely, an author that you will want to keep on the top of your go-to list. If you enjoy reading a sweet romance with a touch of humor, then you will thoroughly enjoy this book and the series. A truly captivating, emotional and heartwarming read.

This is the sweet with heat version of Seaside Secrets by Melissa Foster, and while I have read that version, I loved diving back into Amy & Tony's emotional story once again with Secrets at Seaside. Ths Sweet with Heat books are the same stories, yet they seem completely different because you don't have the steamy sex scenes (which you do NOT need to make a book good!)

Tony and Amy have been pining after one another for years, and this is a second chance romance story. Their initial romance took place 14 years ago and they have been in the same circle of friends since then, so they have had to be around one another. Every page in this book brought forth their sweet friendship and angsty love. We find out the reason for their break up and get to see them venture towards their happily ever after. Facing their past wasn't easy by any means, but with their group of friends they're able to get over the pain and embrace their happiness.

There is nothing like sweet sexy read to get you through a long slow weekend. I have to say that it did not last the whole weekend like I was intending for it. I sat down to read and finished the whole thing the first night of the weekend. But I had a great weekend. The read did allow for me to have a great romance in my head and something sweet to think about. There was emotional pain, joy, sadness, happiness. Sweet journey to a reconnection between Tony and Amy. She went through a lot to get her happy ever after. Sweet molasse romance that has a few deviations from the norm, but a romance that has been in the making for many years. Come watch Tony and Amy find each other again and navigate the pain of the past.

Getting to know these two characters was super easy. Relating to them both was a joy. Feeling their pain and sorrow of the lost chance was emotional. Watching their journey back to each other was the icing on the 7-layre cake.

Tony and Amy were always two of my favorites in the Seaside gang. This book makes them that, even more so. I found out more about the history of Tony and Amy's friendship in Secrets at Seaside. This made the two of them more real in my mind.

As I've said with the books written by Addison Cole , I love Cape Cod. I may be a mountain girl at heart but the Cape is a place I've been and I have fond memories of a family vacation there. Of course, at 16, I thought I should have more freedom than I was allowed but I still have great memories of this place.

This group of friends is really great. The women, especially Amy who has her own business, are all strong female characters. I love books - regardless of genre - where there is a strong female character.

Definitely pick up Secrets at Seaside by Addison Cole. You will not regret it. I received this book through Beck Valley Books Book Tours, I have volunteered to share my review and all the opinions are 100% my own.

If there is a story that is close to my heart, it is Tony and Amy's.
It is a love story that is so deep and emotional that I do not have words enough in this review to describe it...
We did know that Amy Maples has had a lifelong crush on the famous surfer Tony Black, but all the story that is behind it is so sad and I love the way they finally reconnect.
Addison Cole has the magic keyboard as she can construct a wonderful story for this strong and incredible couple, who are connected in a tight bond and despite all that have been apart for so long (even being so close and coexisting in summers together).
You will still have all the Seaside gang in this book but will be enjoying a beautiful love story of a couple who is survived by so much.
I really loved this book and recommend it to everyone!

I really want a Tony Black of my own! Ms. Cole really knows how to write men that I fall in love with every time.
I love that Tony isn't perfect, but he owns his imperfections and still knows what he wants. Almost every character in every book has some past that has shaped them and they have to overcome. I love that while Amy and Tony do have a past to overcome they need to do it together rather than alone. I can relate to Amy so well in her need to please those she loves. I loved watching her grow so much by the end of this book.
While sweet with heat books aren't my norm, I usually go full heat, I love this series so much! It has been so refreshing to get those butterfly feelings, like a first crush, again. I can't wait for the next book and to catch up with the seaside gang again! #MSBB

The Seaside girls are back in action! Tony and Amy have been dancing around each other for years, flirting and maintaining a close friendship. As more and more of their group have found love, Amy is torn about taking a job on the other side of the world. Seeing Tony every summer hurts her, since she's loved him for so long.

Tony has had a thing for Amy since high school, and is doing everything he can to stay close to her and take care of her, without crowding or scaring her away. Will this summer change their relationship for the better or will it destroy it for good?

I love this series, and this book is no different! Tony and Amy are amazing, and I can't wait to explore more of the Seaside gang!

In this story we have Amy and Tony who are such a strong couple. However there are many dark things that have torn them apart. What I love about this book is that it shows how second chances and true love really can conquer all. This story also tells us that sometimes when things don't work out it's because of timing. And if we have patience things that are meant to be happen when the time is right. I truly loved this story and of all the books in this series this one is my favorite. Even though this is the fifth book in this series it can definitely be read on it's own. My sister read this book first and loved it so much that she just had to read the other four. I can't wait to read the next book and see if it can top this one. If you're like me and really enjoy a truly romantic story, this is a book you are not going to want to miss.
