It had a bit of too many references to God and religion for my taste. Also, some old patriarchal ideas like the way a woman is dressed can violate boundaries or boys being more affected by being overprotective as they are expected to be more independent or something like that. I would rewrite a few bits to bring it in 21st century.

However, the overall info of the book is useful. It splits the subject well enough and helps the reader put their life cases as examples in each concept explained through the exercises provided. Worth reading but be aware that if you are more progressive, some things might bother you.

There was a lot of information in the workbook about determining how and why you may have poor boundaries, and why you need to set better ones. But not much helpful info on how to set good boundaries.
