Floundering
First let me say, the word is spelled “conflicted” not “convicted”. Needless to say, the spelling errors distract me, disrupting my ability to emerge into the story. How do you own a club and it takes weeks for you to release your woman is working there?Every work place has rumors and gossip but a strip club has more talk. How does Black enter your club? How does Black enter your club and you not know the moment he does? How do you know Raz and not monitor his movements? How do you allow Tre’ get close to your wife and not know what he ate for breakfast etc.? How did you protect Cali? Kingpin? Compton came off as immature, spoiled, self-centered, reactive, and clueless. How do you go by yourself into a trap set by those wanting to destroy you with no backup? Eyes rolling part2

This book was really good, I thought the first installment was something else, but you turned up with this installment. You had me on the edge of my seat from beginning to end and I still need more. Cali and Compton are complicated and loving both as they develop in growth and their feeling, So glad to see Cali coming out of her shell and growing a backbone. With this book their is so much going on and so many unanswered questions that keep you wondering what's gonna happen next. Can't wait to find out in PT.3. Heiress

🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 She does it again !
Action packed all the way around, never a dull moment. This series is just a fun read. It's 3:00 a.m. And like, I stayed up to read this book. I couldn't put it down. I love this author!! She keeps the stories interesting. Compton with his mean self is starting to grow on me. I love me some of him. Reminds me of a typical hardheaded brother, refusing to let go of the past and move on to the future. Can't wait until part 3!!!

This is one of the best series I have had the pleasure of reading.The story line just flowed effortlessly. You had me crying because of the way Compton was treating Cali, just wanted to kick his ass,but Lord help me I still love him and want them together, can't wait for the next part. Great job Author

Man that was a real dilemma I loved how you got Compton to be truthful with himself for once. It was tugging at my heart because although Mo was scandalous she still loved him. Tre was a bitch but not a punk, if that makes sense. I hope Cali and Compton get it together....

Read It in under 2 hours!
I loved it!! You developed their story so well. It progressed at a realistic pace. I won't give anything away to the readers that may read this review but I can't wait until part 3.

I loved Cali in this book she got her grown woman on. Compton grew on me in this book. Was so glad when he realized Mo was no the one for him. I can't wait for part three to see what happens.

Awesome book!
I couldn't wait for this book, and I definitely enjoyed it. It was sooo good. I'm glad Compton got his mind right, but is it too late? Cali is so confused, but hopefully it works out. I loved all the drama, and twists and turns. I can't wait for part 3!!

I read this book in a day that's how good it was. I didn't even know it was coming out today. So happy Compton got his stuff together and realize that he really did love Cali.

Heiress didn't come to play with you. She came to slay, she laid those scenes so perfectly that you felt as if you were playing them out yourself. Your drawn into these characters and that feels makes the Storyline so much better in my opinion

Great continuation, loved it. I'm glad that Cali stood up to Compton, but I think that Tre is up to no good. Where did her mom come from? Did Monique get shot??? Too many questions, where is part 3???? Really good book, buying my nails waiting!!!

I could not wait for Compton to confess his love to Cali. They belong together. Monique was a snake. I feel like Tre cannot be trusted. He was not right for some reason. Besides the typos the book was really really Good! I cannot wait to read book 3!
