Great book to improve your communication skills. It put words and share methods on how to structure your ideas before giving a speech, in a daily meeting with colleagues or to communicate in a effective way in general.

Don't be mislead -- it's not about language. A study in management technique of greatest value to those who have already recognized problems. It will do little without self-reflection.

في هذا الكتاب يعلمنا مفهوم جديد عن المسؤولية بدل ما نعتقده بالمحاسبة و المساءلة و ايضًا التوبيخ إذا أخطأنا. في حين أن كلامنا لابد أن يكون بصيغة توضح قدراتنا و كيف نفعلها و نلتزم بها. فهناك ملام ضار لديه مدلول سلبي و هناك كلام مسؤول يحمل في طياته القدرة و الإيجابية و أيضًا الاهتمام.

This book is incredibly repetitive. Maybe it is because it is written for managers who are focused on changing the environment of their company by their own actions alone. I was hoping to read a book on how to speak in the workplace to make it an environment that works for me, but this book is not about that. It is for leaders to be better leaders through how they speak and how they act. It focuses on accountability and integrity (buzzwords in my opinion where their meaning isn't really described at all). Not sure if it'll be helpful to anyone, as I'm not in a managerial position nor do I ever strive to be in one where I would need guidance from this book.
