The clock has been reset with 24: Legacy, and this limited series will explore the past of its new leading character, Eric Carter, who led the elite squad responsible for killing an infamous terrorist leader and, consequently, forced into hiding. But before he was a national hero and a wanted man, Carter learned the Rules of Engagement in the streets of Iraq and Washington, D.C., hoods.
Christopher Farnsworth is the author of FLASHMOB (one of Publishers Weekly's Best Books of 2017), KILLFILE, THE ETERNAL WORLD, and the PRESIDENT'S VAMPIRE series. A screenwriter and journalist, he lives in Los Angeles.
The star system almost doesn't do this run of 24 comics justice. Legacy #2 has a lot of great stuff going for it. It manages to tell two stories across two timelines very skilfully. There's suspense, intrigue and the classic bad guy stable of a white man in a secure room calling the shots. The problem is that nothing is really started nor finished. It is a really good run though.
