Adrian’s descent into madness and horror continues! In an attempt to rid himself of terrifying waking nightmares, Adrian agreed to undergo past life regression therapy. Now it seems that something sinister has followed Adrian back from a past life into this one!
Cullen grew up in rural North Carolina, but now lives in the St. Louis area with his wife Cindy and his son Jackson. His noir/horror comic (and first collaboration with Brian Hurtt), The Damned, was published in 2007 by Oni Press. The follow-up, The Damned: Prodigal Sons, was released in 2008. In addition to The Sixth Gun, his current projects include Crooked Hills, a middle reader horror prose series from Evileye Books; The Tooth, an original graphic novel from Oni Press; and various work for Marvel and DC. Somewhere along the way, Cullen founded Undaunted Press and edited the critically acclaimed small press horror magazine, Whispers from the Shattered Forum.
All writers must pay their dues, and Cullen has worked various odd jobs, including Alien Autopsy Specialist, Rodeo Clown, Professional Wrestler Manager, and Sasquatch Wrangler.
And, yes, he has fought for his life against mountain lions and he did perform on stage as the World's Youngest Hypnotist. Buy him a drink sometime, and he'll tell you all about it.
The only thing I have to say about this issue other than it being really cool, is why did Adrian not have butt hair? Like clearly he had pubes, so does he just shave his ass? I'm so confused honestly lol
I am so afraid of what is going on in this comic! Bugs are terrifying, and finding one in your mouth... well that is just beyond horror! The idea that the one person you think might be able to help you is dead leaves you with such a helpless adrenaline rush and it makes me wonder how this can be remedied later on.
I gotta say from the first issue to the second i noticed a very dramatic improvement.Going to be a lot of fun to see what really is happening to Adrian Padilla.Looking forward to the next issue.
I can't wait to see what happens next. When I get a haul of single issues I mix them up. I am actively digging through my pile to get issues 3 and 4 to read.
