I love this book. It gets five stars for its Chicken Shwarma recipe alone -- and there are so many others I want to try. Although I checked it out from the library, it's on my list of cookbooks to buy (because I still love a good cookbook, despite all the online recipes available).
Wait, what?? Why does she have 3 faucets at her kitchen sink? I'm so confused and now I need to know why! The recipes were pretty good, a little too healthy for me though. But that sink on the cover of the book is honestly much more intriguing to me than anything else inside this book.
Kitchen does matter and Pamela can tell you how to shop and prepare healthy food that is delicious. So many of these recipes will become staples in your life. I'm gaining the confidence to make the correct choices at the market, implement proper cooking techniques and introduce new foods into our lives. This is a great cookbook that will become a staple in your kitchen.
I have gotten some great recipes and real "keepers" from this book. Her recipes use REAL food which are well balanced and nourishing. My only con is the index in the back. It is a bit confusing and not in a traditional listing style.
