Yours Forever

Rate this book
Maximillian Roselle needs Ruthie Eden like he needs air to breathe. Her compassion, passion, and faith have awakened his desire to love and be loved; and the attention she has received from his colleague, Ken Davis, has galvanized his determination to make her his own.

Ken knows a good thing when he sees it, so when his friend Max struggled with his relationship with Ruthie, he stepped in to give Max a push. Now he lends his friendship to bolster and encourage Max's faith in God and Ruthie.

Ruthie Eden enjoyed being single. She busied herself with her interests and her writing and hadn't seriously thought about sharing her life with anyone—until she met the Roselle family. With her heart open to be loved, the attention of other men has her head spinning.

Enter Jace Nelson, brought in to collaborate on Max and Ken's new video project. Charming and roguish, he has less-than-honorable intentions toward Ruthie. He takes this enterprise as an opportunity to turn Ruthie's head and change her heart, and doesn't care what claim anyone else might have.

This is my very first read from Cathy Jackson, she as well as many other authors know how to pull a reader into their books and she has a fan in me. this book flows nice and easy. You will fall
in love with this book from the very first page to the end of this book. I freaking love this book.
The author is so right I love this book from the cover to the end of the book.

when you first open this book you will meet two characters Ruthie and Maximillian. These two characters will always be together through everything. I was going through this book for the second time
and I was trying to find a perfect quote that stands out the most to me and there is a way to many
paragraphs that speak volume.

" I want to pray with you. I should have a devotion from the Bible to read, but I don't. I will tomorrow night and every night afterward".
" Max." Her hand touched my face. It was one of the best feelings I had all day. " You've already
expressed your devotion, as have I. Not only to one another but to God. don't worry about not being
prepared for tonight. I think God has us."

You must ask yourself why did I pick these two paragraphs for, when we all were going up in depends on the kind of home you were raised in maybe they were church going people like my mom was, and sometimes we do not think about the relationship that we have with God and when it comes to talking about God it becomes a hard subject to talk about too especially to someone that
does not believe in God. But after reading this book I will always believe in my own faith.

Devotion is everything in a relationship when you devote yourself to your family, job, relationships and such then you will become a better person not only for you but for others around you.

This is book three in 'Yours To' trilogy and just as amazing as first two books. I simply adore Max and Ruthie's story.
Ruthie and Max are now engaged. They're planning to get married soon but there is still a lot they need to understand about each other, and deal with. One thing is for sure they love each other and nothing can change that.
Ruthie had never thought that her life will end up the way it did. She has faith is God and she knows that whatever happens it happens for a reason. So if she is meant to be with Max then she will be with him otherwise she will have to accept that it wasn't meant to be. She prays as much as she can and tries to live her life in the best way she can.
Max was never that religious. But since Ruthie has come into his life he has changed and now he is trying to teach his children that prayers matter. Ruthie has brought God into their lives. She has changed them all for the better and now they can't live without her.
But their trials are not over yet.... I loved this book just as much as I loved other two books in the trilogy, in fact I think I loved it even more. Because in this book all the characters are at their best. They've developed well. Story remains interesting. And I think this series is a must summer read.

I am so very sad to see this series end. I love watching the characters grow and develop.

Their insecurities and how they work through their problems like Christian men and women should is so very refreshing. They show that although not perfect, Christians strive to do what is right and to rely on others to help them. What a great example for the children in this story to see how it can happen.

I feel as if I am part of their circle of friends and want to be part of their lives. I see lots of spin off books for the supporting characters (Ruthie's parents, the kids, Jace).

Definitely a sweet ending or beginning depending on how you look at it but regardless - worth the read and one I'll reread again in a few months.

Yours Forever is a brilliant end to an amazing story. Now mind you, I would love the author even more if there is eventually a book 4, but that is entirely between her and God. But anyway, the chemistry between Max and Ruthie was even more powerful in this book than in the second. Granted, they are human and two very attractive people...what meant the most was the fact that they trusted in God to help them through the temptation of giving in to the flesh. Beautiful wedding scene and I'm glad to have met her parents and brother.

Yours Forever is a great ending for this trilogy. Max and Ruthie are an amazing couple and I'm glad that they were brought together. Seeing their devotion to each other, makes me wonder what would happen if there ever was a fourth book in the series. Will definitely be reading this series again.

Your Forever

I love romance and this series has been a delight to read. Yours Forever, is a beautiful ending to a rainy day, coffee drinking, tea drinking, bubble bath soaking and mind relaxing type of love story.

I will acknowledge that I think this story was a little corny at times, but as I kept reading, it found its groove and became a lovely melody. What I liked most about this story was how the author was able to show how two people can be extremely attracted to each other, but are willing to honor God and not cross the line. She pointed out that temptation is real and you have to be careful not to dally with it. And that the devil will try to destroy what God has put together and ordained.

This story also shows you a mature relationship between two people without all the drama and shenanigans. Two people who were willing to work in concert through their issues, even if it's fearful and painful. Ruthie and Max discovered a lot about each other, and they were willing to grow so they could have a firm foundation for their marriage. I hope that Cathy Jackson will consider doing another book with this duo. I would love to see how they, navigate married life and how they work through having an addition to their household. There is more to Max and Ruthie story, to me the ending was actually the beginning.

This author has a way with words that will have you crying one minute and laughing the next. I love this author's style of writing. Everything about this story felt real and I felt as is I could connect with the characters. I don't find many stories that I can actually feel as if I belong in the story with the characters and have the feeling of being....HOME. I also loved how each chapter starts out with a Bible verse. Each Bible verse had me pondering about what I would be reading next and what each character would be going through. I feel as if I am learning a lesson as I read this book. I also love how this book picks right up where the last book left off. I am not much on cliffhangers and I hope the author has more for us.

The characters were phenomenal! I hated how the devil tried to interfere in the characters lives and I was constantly on the verge of tears as different things tried to hurt Ruthie and Max. I am still in love with Carry and Mike. They are such fun and so grown up for their ages with their wisdom that they would share throughout the story.

The story-line was AH-MAZING!! The words to this story were so smooth, they just seemed to flow off the pages as I read them and kept me wanting to read more. Just pure Christian magic flowed from this book and I REALLY enjoyed it a lot. I believe this is my favorite story of this series yet and I highly recommend the whole series if you haven't read it yet.

I have really enjoyed the series and it has been quite a journey for this new family that has found each other. The closeness between them has really destroyed the boundaries they tried to keep as employer and employee. As an engaged couple, they really struggle with their desire to be together.

As with the other books in the series, there is a strong focus on Christianity and the importance of the teachings of the Bible in making your life choices. I like that even though they have strong beliefs, they are not afraid to admit to struggling at times. It makes them feel much more realistic and keeps the tone relatable.

I have grown to really like the characters and enjoye spending time with them. I want a happy ending for them and I would love to see them adapt to married life and its challenges.

I am voluntarily reviewing a copy I received.

Yours Forever by Cathy Jackson continues where Yours to Claim left off. Ruthie and Max are about to be married. There is drama, some light moments, and romance. The characters really did not exhibit any kind of growth. The plot seemed rushed and with the addition of new characters it left a lot more questions unanswered.

The dialogue seemed forced and pretentious at in some areas. I’m still having that lack of connection with Ruthie’s character. While some questions were answered about her upbringing, it opened the door for more questions.

I will recommend this book to others who love this genre. I give it 4 out of 5 Platypires.

I absolutely love the spiritually growth we see from Max and Ruthie. It's on point and sweet.
Cathy Jackson has a wonderful way of writing her books, in that you can grow and learn with the characters.
In this third book of he series, we have been watching Ruthie grow spiritually as she learns to love and incorporate a family into her life. We watch Max learn to trust God as well as Ruthie with his life and family.
I loved it, I couldn't put it down. Truly a sweet read with a lot of faith and love!

I have read all three of this series and I have to say they are a heart warming read. The love between them all, can handle any obstacle put in their way. I give the whole series 5 star and even if you are not religious Cathy has been very clever the way she has written them, religion is not pushed at you. The characters are so whole they really are believable. A very well written end the series.
I was gifted this book for an honest review.

The perfect conclusion to this series of cliffhangers. Max and Ruthie were the perfect relationship and showed their can be a true love and wedding purity. I found myself so wrapped up in their special love I was crying and laughing constantly. Even got mad a time or two. But the ending couldn't have been better. I feel happy after finishing it. Amazing! Book was gifted to me.

What an amazing book. I love Cathy's style of writing. She is an amazing author. You don't see many authors mention the love of God in their characters. She has made me love Ruthie. To see a man put God in with the love for a woman. It makes my heart melt.

I'm hoping for a book four. I loved learning even more about both Ruthie and Max. They became more real this time. They were flawed and more human but were led to each other by God. Please continue their story.

I was lucky to get an Arc copy. Max, Ruthie, Michael and Caroline made it the wedding with a few bumps. I'm happy Ruthie and her parents got to find peace in their relationship. Max and Ruthie have God's blessings.

Hint to Cathy Jackson I think Ken Davis needs to have his happy ending.

I RECEIVED A BLESSING WHEN HE GAVE YOU TO ME

With the Yours Series, it is a continuing saga and would be best to read in order. Ms. Jackson has a unique way of spinning characters with so many emotions and real life applications, making them realistic and human. They are imperfect people, with real life situations, emotions, angst, confusion, and self-doubt. She isn’t afraid to allow her characters to have struggled as Christians, to feel temptations, to question emotions, to pray to God and seek His wisdom and guidance. Yes, she brings in God and prayer but does it in a way that the story isn’t preachy and judgmental, but with honest human emotions and desires.

For Max and Ruthie, it has been a whirlwind romance, but they have a deep love that blossomed as Ruthie showed an unwavering love for his children, Michael and Caroline. “I wasn’t looking for you, didn’t think I needed you in my life, but God knew I needed you. So He brought us together.”

Because of Ruthie’s strong faith and service to God, she helped bring Max back to praying, and now between the two of them, the children are learning about God. They are praying together and even having devotions. “But as for me and my household, we will serve the Lord.”

Wedding plans are in the works, and the wedding will correlate with a previous schedule live gaming event between Max, Ken Davis, and Jace Nelson. The money raised through this live streaming will be donated to various charities. Ken is ordained and will officiate at the wedding.

The story will have open and honest discussions, even if sometimes they are raw and painful. When a temptation enters the picture, it will confuse one and hurt another. Broken family ties will have a chance to mend, and secrets will be revealed. Ruthie will learn that she has support from her family and friends. Michael and Caroline find healing from the loss of their biological mother, with love and open arms in Ruthie. Max will have a life partner who not only loves him but loves his children. The Little Lamb and the Bad Wolf have found their happily ever after ending.

“You were my first kiss. You’ll be my last. Always remember that.”

This is the third book in the YOURS TO series and what a great way to wrap up the series . Ruthie and Max are happily falling in love and slowly becoming a family with his children.  But with all the sunshine and happiness there is also a little rain. When a smooth talking man enters their lives . Will Max loose Ruthie when Jace tries to sway her heart .
This was an enjoyable book it brings books 1 and 2 together nicely . We see the couple growing and falling in love with each other. It seems to be a whirlwind kind of courtship but when hearts are involved they usually work fast and know what they want. Max and Ruthie have grown a lot since book 2 . Max is becoming the man that Ruthie wants and needs but there is still that nagging fear that he has and sometimes he still pushes her away. He is becoming a good man and a strong man knowing what he wants . Ruthie is still naïve but she seems to be coming a stronger character and more of the woman that everyone wants .  But like most women when someone says something that makes her doubt herself , she starts to doubt the love of Max and her love for him .  Ken is back in book three and he is really becoming Max's best friend and a help to Ruthie . He is like the older brother that sees what is going on and approves . Then going about and giving them a little shove in the right direction. He is also very protective of both Max an Ruthie and wants to see them together .  We also get to dive deeper into Ruthie's past and why her mom treated her the way she did . Trust me when you get to that part have a box of tissue ready . You will cry and want to hug both of them tightly .  Now the man that everyone will dislike Jace, he is the cocky you tuber coming in to help on a project . You automatically get the dislike vibe from him and you don't know why at first . Then when he does what he does to make Ruthie doubt herself and her love for Max . You really just want to punch him in the face . You will cheer when you see it actually happen .  The characters have matured and become more complex in this story. You will love them and how much they have grown.
This book was a very enjoyable read . I really liked this series , the author makes us really feel something for her characters and fall in love with them . There are just a couple of things I wish we could of seen . More out in the world interaction as a family , they seem to at the house and don't get out much. Also I wish they would of went with Ruthie to her church . It would be great to see them in that situation . Meeting Ruthie's friends and church family.  Other then those two things I really enjoyed this book and this series . The characters are great and the story will pull at your heart strings and make you smile and cry and then smile again . So if you want a good series that is an enjoyable easy clean read that will make you happy . Check out the YOURS FOREVER and the whole YOURS TO series . You will not be disappointed .

I did receive this novel as a free ARC copy in exchange for an honest review.

This is the 3rd book in the series. You will need to read books 1, & 2 as each one builds upon the other.

In this book, we have Maximillian Roselle and his family just returning from a Gaming Convention where they spent the weekend. Max committed to Ruthie pleading his love and devotion to her. Ruthie has also professed her love and devotion to Max and his children.

Ruthie is still the children's nanny. However, her role in the family unit is also changing. However, Max & Ruthie are now engaged. I do feel their month of knowing each other/relationship went very fast. I don't feel this was enough time to truly get to know your possible significant other.

Ruthie has God in her soul and He lights her way. Max has also come back to be one of God's sheep as well. Max has also brought his children into the fold as well.

I would have loved to have seen the Roselle family go to Ruthie's church and met her church family.

We do have a few self doubt moments in this story. We also have many touching moments as well.

This is a pure story of love and faith. Thank you Ms. Jackson for allowing me to read and review it.

What a great ending to this series! The author finishes telling the tale of a Christian woman who has fallen in love with a man and his children and takes the reader on their journey to the the wedding they both want. But not all roads are smooth and this is the case for Max and Ruthie. They both have to work through how they feel they should be together. And though the children love Ruthie they also are still working through how they feel about their mother. When family and friends gather for what should be the happiest time for them more struggles are in store for this couple.

The author tells this love story in a most honest way. Love isn't easy and most especially when you want something but know the time isn't right. There are parts that I didn't expect but was done in such a way that the story wouldn't have been the same without them, the author continues to pleasantly surprise me. A wonderful series that anyone who love a good romance will enjoy.

Loved it. I enjoyed catching up on the love story of Maximillian Roselle and Ruthie Eden. Happy that they were still open to love. I was not so happy with the super charming Jace Nelson, who tried to fill Ruthie’s head with all kinds of nonsense. It was clear that his end game was to break up the “relationship” between Max and Ruthie. I tried to wave away Jace several times.

Author Cathy Jackson’s writing style is vivid and fluid. Thanks, Cathy, for a good read. Highly recommended.
