This story is an adaption of the "The Three Billy Goats Gruff", a folktale that SCARED me to death when I was a child. NOT joking. I still remember its ugly illustrations! Reading "The Three Box Turtles Tuff" drew a smile on my face. The change made on the characters made the story sound more.. "friendly"? I imagine the students were extremely proud to see their own illustrations getting published. Thank you Matthew for such an opportunity !!
A twist on the classic Three Billy Goats Gruff. This Norwegian folktale has been adapted to be a positive model of how to solve problems. A delightful read for anyone who loves the classic folktales.
