Hood Dreams & Street Loving

Rate this book
The number one rule in the streets is to never mix business with pleasure, and the Seng triplets knew that all too well. Heirs to the infamous cartel, Knox, Aiko, and Jin Seng knew how to handle business at the command of their father, Miako, and have no problem enjoying the fruits of their labor. It isn’t until they decide to do business with the Acostas that they find themselves learning that sometimes business and pleasure go hand in hand.

When their father finds out just how close his sons are getting with the Acostas, and orders them to end it, all hell breaks lose. Secrets are exposed, identities are revealed, and the Seng’s find themselves in a tangled web of lies, betrayal, and murder.

The Acosta twins, Gia and Gianni aren’t new to the game. Given the empire from their late father Giovan, the two continue to carry on the legacy against their mother Marisol’s disdain. When they come across the deal of a lifetime with the Seng family, Gia is more than happy to line her and her twin sister’s pockets with more money than ever, until their mother tries to put a stop to it. When lines get drawn, and bloodlines become crossed, the girls soon realize that it may not be a bad idea to take heed to their mother's warning.

Both families are determined to get answers. But be careful what you ask for. In this page turning tale, they just may find that some things are better left unknown and that you can’t trust anyone; not even your own family.

Oh the drama

Oh the drama. These Seng triplets and the Acosta twins are definitely bringing the drama, with a little bit of betrayal thrown in. There is also some lies and murder. If they all could come together, they could really do some damage. Miako is the reason for all of this drama and betrayal because of something that he should have taken care of long ago. Gia and Gianni's mother Marisol wasn't any better. You put all of this together and things are going to happen. I can't wait to see what's next.
