The Monopoly Myth and Competition are terms widely used by consultants so that they (we) can sell our services to small businesses; to stay ahead of "the game." But Heidi's book highlights how small and large businesses actually can use like-businesses to carve out and highlight niche markets and cater to their own particular client base.
This book gives you insight into pricing strategy, marketing and even sales forecasting.
You should definitely read this book if you are a business, self employed, or a business consultant. Great customer service information and a sound business philosophy.
