Love finding these little books that fit well "in between" the main books in the series. A great YA book, and yet another book written by CS Johnson. Love all the books!

Seeing is a short story set between Book 3 and Book 4 of The Starlight Chronicles, and it serves as a nice bridge within the series.
In this installment, Hamilton Dinger is in a bit of a restless and distracted season of life, struggling to find focus as everyday responsibilities and personal thoughts weigh on him. When an unexpected situation disrupts his usual plans, he is once again pulled into something far beyond his normal routine.
The story balances character reflection with action and tension in a way that keeps the pacing engaging while still giving space for the reader to see more of Hamilton’s personality and struggles. It fits well into the larger series and helps smooth the transition between the main books.
Overall, it’s a solid and enjoyable side story that adds depth to the world and keeps the momentum of the series going.
