Whiskey and Lies #2

Whiskey Reveals

Rate this book
One whiskey-saturated night turns into something far more in the second standalone installment of the bestselling Whiskey and Lies series from NYT Bestselling Author Carrie Ann Ryan.

Fox Collins likes his life just the way it is. His siblings are falling in love all around him, but he’d much rather focus on his next story than on a serious relationship. However, when his latest one-night stand returns to Whiskey—this time for good—he’ll need to learn to trust his instincts to figure out if he can live without her in his life.

Former dancer Melody Waters is finally ready to settle down in her grandmother’s small Pennsylvania hometown. Bad decisions and fateful nights have changed her path more than once, but now she’s focused on one thing: opening her new own dance studio. But fate is a funny thing, and once again, she’ll be forced to learn that actions have consequences and some repercussions can not only change your life forever, they can also come back to haunt you…one broken promise at a time.

ARC REVIEW

Whiskey and Lies #2, Fox finds his perfect match in a whiskey hazed hook up. It's not that Fox wasn't looking for a HEA he just wanted to find his place in the world before he thought about settling down. He loves being the editor of his own newspaper it means more paperwork than he thought but he always felt like something was still missing from his life. Melody was just looking for a place to start over, her grandmother gave her that chance when she offered her a home and Melody found the perfect place for a dance studio. Melody just wanted to forget her past but her past doesn't want her to forget.

Fox and Melody hooked up one night about a month ago, both assuming that it would be a one night deal but Fox hasn't been able to get her out of his head. As soon as Melody found out Fox wasn't a tourist that night she should have called off the whole thing but she really was enjoying herself and Fox that night so it wasn't a surprise to her when they ran into each other at The Old Whiskey Bar and Grill. Fox on the other hand was very pleasantly surprised even more so when he realized she is the granddaughter of his latest editorial, Whiskey's one and only Miss Pearl. Melody feelings are all over the place as strong as she feels for Fox she doesn't want to start something, she wants to concentrate on her dance studio and no matter how hard it is Fox is determined to keep her in his life even if that means just as friends.

But life is never that simple and Fox and Melody have more complications than just dealing with their feelings. Overall, Fox has won me over, I love that no matter what happened he took it in stride and never once doubted Melody. Miss Pearl is a hoot I hope we get more of her in the next book. Melody is a typical Carrie Ann Ryan heroine, headstrong, smart mouth, but with a vulnerability that she only lets her one and only see and in this her and Fox couldn't be as well matched as they are with each other. As always this is a well written emotional, romantic, and dirty, dirty, dirty. Naughty Fox. (Insert Eartha Kitt Catwoman purr here).

I love Fox, there was just something about him maybe it was his vulnerability because he felt he didn't measure up to his older brother so he had to work harder, or maybe it was because of his inner strength that made him fight for what he believed in. Either way the man had my vote in anything he chose to do.

Melody had been to Whiskey PA a few weeks prior to moving there, and that's when she had her first taste of the youngest Collins Brother, Fox. It seems that Melody couldn't get Fox out of her mind but she was determined to start her new life in Whiskey focused on opening her Dance Studio and not on the man that gave her one night of the most amazing sex she ever had, well fate, destiny, chance, whatever you want to call it had a different plan for both of them.

I knew the writer in the family would be my favorite...

Whiskey Reveals is a great example of a "one that got away" story. It has everything - romance, suspense, and an awesome HEA.

Fox, owner of Whiskey, Pa.'s local newspaper, met the girl of his dreams in his family's bar three months earlier, and the morning after their explosive night together, she was gone with only a note left in her place. Now, the girl is back, and Fox decides to try and take the second chance that fate has granted him.

Melody, however, is not looking for a relationship with anyone. She's come to Whiskey to open her own dance studio, spend time with her elderly grandmother, and try and forget the tragedies that have so far plagued her life. She didn't count on Fox reappearing and how small a town Whiskey really is. It's too hard to avoid him when his brother owns her favorite restaurant and his other brother owns the business right next to hers.

Melody puts up a valiant effort at avoiding Fox and ignoring their attraction, but, come on. She should've known it would be impossible. Especially when he has a chance to display his protective side when it appears she might have a stalker.

The budding relationship between Fox and Melody is definitely put to the test in more ways than one, and given Melody's reluctance to start a relationship, there were times when I wondered how long it would take for her to give in.

The pacing of the story was good and I liked the connection between Fox and Melody. The suspense leading up to the big reveal of the villain was good, but the reveal itself lacked some impact - I would've liked to have seen more of an "ah-ha" moment.

I also really liked the bread crumbs that Carrie Ann Ryan keeps leaving for Locke's story, which will be the final book in the Whiskey and Lies series. Of course it appears she'll leave the most intriguing story for last, and it's one I'm highly anticipating.

4 pirouetting stars for WHISKEY REVEALS.

Living in the small PA town he grew up in suits newspaper owner Fox Collins. The only unfortunate thing is that he can't get his one night stand from a few months ago out of his mind! She haunts his dreams and his days, so when he sees the blonde bombshell, otherwise known as Melody Waters, has moved into Whiskey, Fox is doomed. Melody only wants to start over, to put her past behind her and start fresh. Fox belongs in her past, so even though she's opening her dance studio in the same tiny town, that's where he'll have to stay. Fortunately, and unfortunately, the past has a way of catching up with you, and just as the two start up a solid friendship, all hell breaks loose. Will their new relationship be able to withstand the turmoil coming their way?

WHISKEY REVEALS is the second book in the Whiskey and Lies series, and it's just as good as the first! I love Fox and Melody, their chemistry is just explosive, and every time they're together, I want to grab a fan to cool down!! Fox is sweet and kind of dorky, which is exactly what I adore in my book boyfriends, and Melody is a recovering mean girl, which I typically don't (but totally do this time). And although I have an AMAZING family, I really love both Fox and Melody's quirky ones too! The buildup to the suspense element was nicely done, but the culmination was very anticlimactic and disappointing, which was my only complaint about this book. This series is a spinoff of the delectable Montgomery Ink series, which is a favorite of mine, so naturally this series sings to me as well. Bravo, Ms. Ryan!

Bottom Line: No OM/OW or sharing; condom use; no BDSM/kink; no sexual assault; mild violence, no murder.

Book two of the Whiskey and Lies series a spin off to the Montgomery series by Carrie Ann Ryan.
We meet Fox in last book the younger Collins that own the local newspaper.
Melody comes into town to see Ms Pearl her grandmother and they have one too many Whiskey shots. Fast forward three months and melody is settling in Whiskey only to find Fox is a local and everyone is in each other’s business.
I really like that even with tragic history Melody is a strong independent woman that even though likes Fox a lot wants to start her new business off on her own.
My only pet hate is the excessive winking but that’s just me.
This book was narrated by Maxine Mitchell and at start I wasn’t sure I liked her voice but by end of character one I really enjoyed it and liked that each voice is well developed and can tell different characters easily.
Really like that this family isn’t too traditional and predictable love this writer and her HEA series

A one-night stand that finds the strangers in Whiskey together. Fox has his plate full with the local newspaper and Melody is chasing her goal of opening a dance studio. The pair can't help but running into each other. Chemistry is hard to ignore and it pops off the page. The suspense of the unknown emails and notes only ramp up the tension. Carrie Ann Ryan has never disappointed and I am jumping right into the third brother, Loch.

This not being my first book by Carrie Ann Ryan, i was looking forward to her next book. To find out what she would deliver after i had read Whiskey Secrets and enjoyed Dare and Kenzie's story. Now we had a chance to get to know Fox and Melody's story and get to relive some of Whiskey's town history.

This story was much different from what i would have expected. While still as emotional as any other Carrie Ann Ryan novel, it also had more than one element of suspense that made more than a little curious to know Melody's past. What this author does is give you small glimpses of what's going on in Melody's life, making you thirsty for more. As for Fox, that man just doesn't seem like any other i've met before. He doesn't seem fulfilled with his current life, always searching for something to complete his life, he's sensitive and at the same time, very protective of people he feels are part of his inner circle. There were times when it was difficult for me to form a connection with this man since he was just all over the place.

Albeit my difficulties connecting with Fox, this story was quite interesting - the Collins family is becoming more fascinating as we get more of their stories, and i know for a fact that i can't wait to get the final brother's story with his best friend, because yeah... this man has been quite interesting since the first time i came across him - the husband that takes care of his daughter alone while his best friend gives him a hand whenever she can. They are simply, well, curiosity embodied and i can't wait to get their story!

Kismet!!!

Fox Collins, a renown journalist, the owner and editor of Whiskey Chronicles. We met him in INK EXPOSED and WHISKEY SECRETS . He saw his siblings fall in all around him but he'd rather look for the next big story to write about than seek for love.

He wasn't looking for any serious relationship when he hooked up with a beautiful and sassy woman by the name of Melody. He never got her last name but no matter what he said, he couldn't get her out of his head.

He never thought he would she her again. Now she was back in Whiskey and everything he thought he knew he wanted was turned upside down.

Melody Wanters, a former dancer who was looking for a new start. She was ready to settle down and she decided that her grandmother's hometown Whiskey, Pennsylvania was place to do just that.

She was going to focus on opening her own dance studio. Some of her bad decisions had some serious consequences. Now it looked like fate was conspiring against her, when she found herself back in the one man who had stolen her heart's orbit.

Fox was working on a major piece, he wanted to know about the mystery surrounding Ms Pearl, one of Whiskey's resident. What he never saw coming was Melody being connected to the woman.

As she set off on her journey at a new beginning, Melody's past choices came back to haunt her with a bang. With some life changing news, she and Fox received a curve ball. But together they were doing the best they could and it turned out better than either one of them expected.

Liked the first encounter between Kenzie ( WHISKEY SECRETS ), Ainsley and Melody. They were hilarious. There was also an instant connection between the trio.

Danger was lurking around Melody, her loved ones were not goig to let anything happened to her, come what may. The lovebirds finally got their second chance at love.

WHISKEY REVEALS is the second installment in Carrie Ann Ryan's WHISKEY AND LIES series. It was breathtakingly alluring, humurous, sexy and a must read. Magnificent job by Carrie Ann Ryan.

P. S. Looking forward to Loch and Ainsley's story next ;).

As much as I loved the book, I will have to be honest with you. I hated a certain plot because it seemed very far-fetched. I will explain it in the last paragraph of the book, so if you don't want a tiny spoiler, don't read it. That was the only part of the book I didn't like and that's a good thing. Mellody and Fox clicked together for me and they had a lovely relationship.

The secondary characters are already known and loved to those who have read the first book and to those who haven't I think they will become one of the best parts of the book. Plus in this story, we met Pearl, Mellody's grandmother and a lovely old lady who might steal a part of the spotlight. I can't wait for the third book in the series because it has become obvious to the readers and the rest of the world that the final Collins brother and his best friend are meant to be. I want to see how that will turn out and I have a suspicion that MIsty's birth mother will come into the picture and cause drama. I hope I am not right.

The book was good. It had many points that won me over and I can say that the series is very good. I liked how Mellody's past was revealed and Fox's reaction to it. Now that I am thinking about it, his reaction to another thing was also very hilarious. The Collins family is very warm and kind and I want to see them more. I am recommending the book to the people who have read the first book and to those who have simply stumbled upon this review. As a reminder don't read the next paragraph if you don't want spoilers.

I cannot believe how easily Mellody got pregnant since she was on the pill and they used a condom. I would have liked a better reason to force these two together and not the usual, we slept one night together and now we are having a baby despite using protection.

Whiskey Reveals is the second book in the Whiskey and Lies series and is the story of Fox, the youngest of the Collins brothers, and his whiskey induced one night stand with Melody. Their story is about a connection so strong that one night would never be enough and a bond that will form that will be life changing. This second book in the series is full of suspense, secrets, drama and acceptance. The town of Whiskey and the drink itself might end up being the best risk Melody has ever taken. Fox may be the younger brother but this man may just be the most protective and sensual of the three. As whiskey warms your insides so will the heat that radiates off this couple as they endure the turmoil of an attachment that is undeniable and moving at a speed of light. A book that will charm its way into your heart within the first few chapters and leave you in a state of euphoria by the end.

How Ms. Ryan can continue to crank out hit after hit just amazes me! This book was no exception. Another great story by Carrie Ann Ryan and Book 2 of the Whiskey Reveals series. This book stands perfectly fine on its own.

Sparks fly instantly between Melody and Fox and you could feel the heat radiating off the pages. Loved the interactions with Ms. Pearl. She is a hoot and I'd love to see her appear in more stories.

As for the big secret Melody was hiding, it surprised me to learn that not only Melody blamed herself but others did as well. I would have thought therapy and just rational thinking would be deflected the blame from her but apparently not!

Overall, this was an excellent story and I cannot wait to see what's in store for us next.

A little less drama in book 2 than in book 1 but it's still a hit.
At the end of book 1 in the series we spotted a drunken Fox at the bar with an equally drunk Melody. Now 3 months have passed and Melody is back in town, and this time to stay. When the pair meet again the chemistry that had sparked between the pair before is still there and they do not know what to do about it.
But as always life has a way of playing out in ways you never expect or plan, and Fox and Melody have to learn that every action has consequences.
And of course, just like in book 1 we got a little hint at the relationship between Loch and his best friend. And in true Carrie fashion, we get even more this time and its just the right amount to drive us crazy in our wait for the third and final book where we will finally get to hear their story.
I can't wait.

I originally began this series because of the name - can’t resist whiskey! I wasn’t disappointed in the first book and things just got better. Cute town and all of the Collins’ are absolutely adorable. This was the first time in a Carrie Ann Ryan book that the main characters didn’t run away thinking they had to do it for the other’s happiness!!! Granted they had a little more reason to stick it out, but they recognized they had something special. My only complain is that I didn’t want it to end yet. Thankfully there is one more book in the series!!

Whiskey Reveals is the 2nd of this series. Fox met Melody and had a one night stand. However, he couldn't quit thinking about her. Imagine his surprise when she moves to town to help her grandmother who he is doing a feature story on. Lots of surprises here and LOTS of heat. Since it has not been published yet, I won't add any spoilers. If you have read any of Carrie Ann Ryan's books, this is a must read. It will be on my read again list for some time. I got this book as an ARC for an honest review

This is Carrie Ann at her best. This book is about Fox Collins, one of Tammy's brothers. He had one night of the best sex of his life with women named Melody Waters & then she was gone. He can't stop thinking & dreaming about her, but now she back after three months & she going to make Whiskey her home.

Whiskey Reveals is book #2 in the Whiskey and Lies series. It can be read as a stand alone but why wouldn’t you read Whiskey Secrets (Book #1)? Because it was just as awesome as Whiskey Reveals! I love this series and the characters make you fall in love with them. Melody and Fox are dreamy! A great romance with a little suspense thrown in. I absolutely loved it! And I love Ms Pearl! She was a great addition to the story.

I loved reading Melody and Fox's story. There are lots of emotions in this book. There is humour and love and just enough suspense to keep you reading. There are misunderstandings and there are lots of family moments. Ms Pearl is a gem of a character, I think she is my favourite, but all of the Collins boys are dreamy. This is another great series by Carrie Ann Ryan.

Readers find themselves back in the loving embrace of the Collins family in this sweet and sexy small town romance of a one-night stand that leads to something more permanent and profound. Heartwarming moments of family are balanced with quiet and heartfelt moments of a couple laying the foundation for their HEA while pulling readers into their unexpected romance. From the first page to the last it’s a tale full of sensuality, forgiveness, with a bit of suspense thrown in to keep readers frantically turning the pages.

Fox Collins was always the studious one in a family full of sons known for their brawn. He was the lanky one, the one more comfortable doing something creative rather than using his muscles, and as an adult things haven’t changed. While his brothers prefer spending time in the gym, he has to force himself to go there, and it’s a bit of a blow to his self-esteem. He begrudges his brothers nothing though, he’s proud of all they’ve accomplished, but he often feels stuck in their shadows. Like his brothers he’s popular with the ladies, and as the youngest son he’s been happy sowing his wild oats. A recent one-night stand has become an obsession to him with the woman taking center stage in his nightly dreams, but she soon becomes his reality when she becomes the town’s newest resident. With her fears over commitment Fox takes his time with her as they start out as friends before becoming an unexpected family. Through it all Fox remains a supportive friend and lover, protective of the woman who he knows will make his life complete. There’s very little angst surrounding him as he’s very settled in his career when readers first meet him. What you see is what you get as he’s a sexy and caring man more than ready for his HEA and throughout this story he makes his intentions clear.

Melody Waters was once a prima ballerina with an ego to match, told by everyone how wonderful she was, until tragedy struck and had her starting over. Carrying around guilt over the past drove Melody to a whiskey-infused night with Fox, but the ramifications of that night are just beginning and changes both of their lives irrevocably in this romance of second chances. Melody’s a likable heroine, a bit closed off early on, but considering her past it’s understandable. She grew up in a family where perfection was prized, where her fame was all that mattered, and it led her down a dark path of eating disorders and an attitude that she’s now ashamed of. She comes to town to reinvent herself, to make amends for the past, and instead she finds love and acceptance. Courtesy of a welcoming town, and the close-knit Collins family, she finds herself welcomed for herself instead of her fame. With Fox she finds someone who accepts her wholeheartedly, prideful past and all, and their romance charmed me and had me rooting for them every step of the way.

From the first page to the last this was a sweet and sexy romance that pulls readers into the warmth of the Collins family courtesy of the unexpected connection between Fox and Melody. It’s a connection that’s a slow burn, a connection that starts out as friends before becoming something more, and I enjoyed the time they took to grow closer. They’re an entertaining couple who both value family and they gave us glimpses of secondary characters that made this story even richer. I thoroughly enjoyed Melody’s Grandma Pearl, with her colorful dancing past, as she was full of life and wise words. The Collins family also added a lot of heart to this story with their easy acceptance and welcoming hearts that makes all of us feel like family. On a whole I found much to like about this read, but I also found a few things that annoyed me too. The first half of this book brings up vomiting a lot, not only by the heroine but also by the hero. It was an odd thing to focus on and pulled me out of the story every time it was discussed. I also had issues with the suspense aspect of this book. It felt forced with its sudden appearance and equally quick conclusion that barely caused a ripple in the life of Fox and Melody. Despite that, I still found this a charming and heartwarming addition to the Whiskey and Lies series and am looking forward to Ainsley and Loch’s journey to HEA next!

Romances in which the hero and heroine have already met and had relations (in this case a one night stand) are almost always fun to read. Not only was this book fun, though, it had Carrie Ann Ryan's signature brand of closeness and community stamped all over it. I just love how her books renew my faith in humanity.

Fox and Melody are basically perfect for each other. Even though Melody has no intention of committing to a relationship now that she's moved to the small-town of Whiskey, her attraction to Fox cannot be denied. They had a one night stand a few months ago and even now her body responds to him in a way that it hasn't for anyone else. Fox is equally enamored with Melody and even before he knew she was Whiskey's newest resident, he thought often of finding her and getting to know her beyond their short encounter.

The conflict in this book did feel a little bit muted compared to most Carrie Ann Ryan books that I've read. Fox didn't have a whole lot of tension associated with him at any one time of the book really; he wanted Melody and wanted to "catch up" to where his brothers were in life. He got those things fairly easily and quickly in this book. But beyond that, Fox was fairly set before this book began. He had a career he loved, a family he adored, something was missing, sure, but any sort of pull or conflict just wasn't there for Fox. Melody, on the other hand, had internal and external tension galore. The biggest conflict or tension of the book came from Melody's past coming back to freak her out. On top of her past sneaking up on her, she has just moved to a new town, she's trying to find her place in the community as she opens a dance studio, and she's taking care of her Grandma...whew. Lots of things went on with Melody! As a result, this book felt fairly lopsided. I loved Fox, honestly, I did, but this book felt very, very Melody-heavy.

The characters of Whiskey really shined throughout this novel, though. Beyond Fox and Melody, Fox's family (including Dare and Kenzie from book 1 of Whiskey and Lies) and Melody's Grandmother made this book feel cozy and warm. Carrie Ann Ryan writes small-towns that I would actually really enjoy living in and that sense of community makes her books some of the only ones I can reread and reread over and over again.

There is a pretty big surprise that pops up on Fox and Melody's journey and that whole element made this book a zillion times better for me since it involved one of my favorite tropes. You'll just need to read the book to find out what it is, though! Have fun reading!

This is book 2 in this series. You don't have to read book 1 in order to understand anything that happens in this book but I do recommend it because it was a great read and introduces you to the characters you see in this book. This one is about Fox Collins and Melody Waters. Fox is Dare's brother from book 1, he is the brother who tends to be in his head a bit more than the other's. He owns the local newspaper and doesn't feel like he has time for a relationship right now. Melody is a dancer who has moved to Whiskey in order to help her Grandmother and is opening a dance studio in town. They had a one night stand weeks prior and neither were expecting to run in to each other again. Fox because he hadn't realized Melody was moving to town and Melody because she didn't realize exactly how small the town was. Now their lives are becoming entwined as Fox writes a story about Ms. Pearl (Melody's Grandmother) and they keep running into each other. And neither expected the other to come to mean what they do to each other. Or for what happens to happen.

I really liked this one! Fox and Melody are hot together! They fit each other in ways that I wasn't expecting and I definitely wasn't expecting the surprise they have to face! I adored Melody's Grandmother Ms. Pearl!! She is such a great character!! I liked how Fox and Melody work together to try to do what is best not only for each other but for their families and their lives in general. The only drawback I had with this book (and why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5) is that Melody takes the blame for way too many things. I don't want to go into it too much since it will give away some of the book but I just felt like as you grow older you realize that some things are beyond your control, and the major thing she takes the blame for was never in her control to begin with. Although it did set up a major point that happens in the end, so it does make sense. It just got a little on my nerves. But on whole and taking into account how that plays into the story, the book was a great read! The characters make you laugh and cry. And just reading how they grow together is an awesome thing. Another great book by Carrie Ann Ryan!

This is the second book in the Collins brothers series. This is Fox’s story he is the youngest out of the three brothers but still older than the baby of the family Tabby from Montgomery Ink Series. The family is all close and loving it’s a wonderful. Even though everything is going great for Fox and his family, Fox feels like something or someone is missing. Fox can’t get a certain blonde outta his mind it was a one night stand that involved one to many shots of whiskey that night.

Melody has just moved to the small town of Whiskey to start a new life and to live with her grandma Ms. Pearl and help her anyway she can but small towns nothing stays secret for long. Melody had hoped to stay under the radar but one evening as she grabs take out from the bar owned by Fox’s brother Dare she runs into the one person she’d hoped to avoid Fox. He’s the one night stand she’d hoped to forget but after seeing him the feelings toward him blossom instead of dying off and she’ll fight her hardest to deny them and him or anything they could have.

Overall I loved Fox and Melody! Something about Fox just draws you in and can’t help but love him! This is a wonderful read and the storyline is amazing! Can’t wait to read more books in the series.

This is book two in this series and it shows Carrie Ann Ryan at her best. This book is about Fox and Melody, he's a journalist and she's a dancer but they manage to find some common ground when they meet one night after partaking of one too many glasses of Whiskey, enough to loosen their inhibitions but not enough to incapacitate. They spent an incredible night together, for Fox that night with Melody was incredible, but then she was gone. He can't stop thinking and dreaming about her.

Skip forward three months and Melody is back and what's more, she going to make Whiskey her home. Will Fox and her work out? Well their chemistry is fantastic and their interactions are fun and they are drawn to each other so.......
This book has a beautiful storyline, which is well thought out it's about the past, the present and the future will it lead to an HEA - I'm not saying buy the book and enjoy it for yourself.

I was pulled right into this story. The story has laughs, pain, secrets, suspense, and heartbreak.

If you have not read the below I would recommend reading those books(s) first
Whiskey Secrets (Whiskey and Lies #1)

This is Melody and Fox’s story. Fox and Melody had a one-night stand and now she is in Whiskey Pennsylvania to settle down. She wants to open her own dance studio. She has things in her past she is not proud of, but she is working toward a better future. Just as she is getting ready to get settled and start her new path in life she learns that actions have consequences and sometimes they last a lifetime. Can she deal with what her future will hold, or will she cave under the stress? All it takes is one broken promise and it might just all fall apart.

I loved these characters and the side characters. I felt I could connect with the characters and the story was a great read.

I highly recommend this book.

I voluntarily offered to review this book with no obligations and my opinions are honest
This would be a new beginning for Melody.
A chance to finally settle down, and to spend more time w/ her grandmother.
There is only the one little thing: she never forgot her one night stand w/ Fox Collins.
Now that she is back in his hometown, can she handle it?
Fox never forgot his time w/ Melody.
There is no way for Fox to contact Melody, but here is hoping.
Until, finally, she walks back to the same bar that they meet.
Melody is only looking for friendship.
Fox agrees, for now, so that he can be in her life.
However, a " + " sign stick changes everything.
Will Melody take a chance on Fox ?
Can they be a family ?
The storytelling + the character's build were awesome!
It has all the ingredients that you need for a great book!
I can't wait for the next book in the series!
