Oh, this was so beautiful, it was like being in book heaven. I totally enjoyed reading up on my favorite characters from Broken, An Emotional Affair and The Church Girl. This was so good, I finished it in one sitting! As is common with Ufuomaee's books, themes like forgiveness, prayer, love were portrayed. I really hope Amaka finds love but not sure about how I feel about she and David becoming a couple though. Mary and Ifeanyi are still couple goals, Lola and Bolu, Ope and Promise steady serving us sweet love, lool. Thank you Ufuomaee for this beautiful story, I'm rushing off to continue their stories in A small world season 2. I'm so invested!

A small world indeed 🤭I love as I was seeing my favorite casts from previous novels( Broken, An Emotional Affair and The Church Girl) it was an exciting time the connection 👌. The emphasis on guarding your heart from all doubt and the results of praying and fellowship was lit. I liked that with each connection there was a way of helping each other grow in love and unity. I can't wait to see what Mary has in store for Keishaaa.

This Book the first series of A Small World will leave you asking for more!!! the suspension too 💯💯.

After reading the standalones, I love the fact that I am able to follow up on the lives of the main characters of the each books and I equally love the fact that they are meeting themselves one after the other. It is truly "A Small World". Some things happened in this season one which includes the good, the bad and the ugly and some of the characters did alot.

I can't wait to move on to season 2, I feel the plot twist there would be something else.

Weldone Ufuomaee, thank you for the book. It's worth the time.

A great start to a great series. Ufuomaee truly knows how to weave both beautiful and flawed characters to bring about a perfect book with beautiful lessons.
I can't wait to read the rest of the series.

I don't think there is a more perfect title for this book than "A small World". It encompasses everything.
Mama Ufuomaee has done it again.
Amaka is gradually becoming my favorite in this series- her determination to do God's will is beautiful, her life is a testament that no one is beyond redemption. I love how Mary's experience has made her become like a spiritual guardian to most of the people in this series.
Not to give spoilers or anything, but I can't keep it inside- Unku Oyinda needs prayers(serious one oo)
Anyways this book is a must to read for everyone ( especially if you love "The emotional affair", The Church girl, He cheated and Broken.

*Sighs* in wow
The fact that the author was able to entwine the lives of all the characters in this series is wonderful.
The fact that we get a follow up story on their struggles, lives and relationship with God and one another is beautiful.
There are some characters that I feel like beating up( God forgive me) I know they can also be saved but their attitudes at this moment is something else.
Especially one annoying fervent cheater like that but then I look forward to seeing the bigger picture and unfolding of this beautiful story.
I love the fact that we get to learn lessons from different lives. So beautiful and lovely.
And I absolutely love how Mary and Ifeanyi have grown.
Off to season 2

I felt that this was a prefect introduction to all the couples that are going to have a part to play in the small world series. It was lovely reading, how some of the previews couples were getting on in their relationships and marriages. We are also introduced to some new characters.
Once again there are a lot of life lessons to be learnt from the stories of the couples e.g. what real forgiveness looks like, the power of prayer and praying together, trusting God with your brokenness , understanding your purpose etc.

I look forward to reading the next books in the series , I have made some predictions in my head and want to know if, am right in how some of the couples relationships will play out.

A great start to the series!!

Have read many series books that I love the book one, only for me to not finish the series because I wasn’t enjoying it.

I totally enjoyed ASW book one and I can’t wait to read book two. I saw the blurb and it promises to be a GOOD READ, because Ufuomaee has maintained consistency over the years.

Back to the book review, I totally enjoyed reading this book and guess what? I finished it in a sitting. Ohmy, everything about ASW is sooooo gooooodddd. The dramas, the fact that I get to meet old characters from Broken, the church girl and he cheated, and also the new characters💃🏻💃🏻. Please watchout for DOLAPO in this series, she’s a walking AUDACITY😂😂😂.

My overexcitement no allow English come, everybody in this world need a dose of Ufuomaee’s book to see front 🫶🫶

There's something Ufuomaee started with this small world series that is really rare to find in most books. It's where most books end that A small world series start. Most book end with 2 people surmounting all challenges stopping them from becoming a couple and life happily ever after.

Ufuomaee in this book provides a view of what life after marriage is like. This helps to debunk the fairytale mindset most literatures gives and enlighten the readers of how marriage is a journey that only begins after they tie the knot.

Additionally, how she simultaneously walk us through the lives of different couples in this book is really amazing for me. I'm going to drop my pen here so i can advance to A small world 2 where the drama continues

Ahhhhh!!!!!! My head is spinning! I want to shout, laugh, cry and even say you deserve it at the same time to different characters. This book is all shades of good. This book keeps you on your toes, you just have to know what comes next.
This book shows forgiveness, second chances and yes how easy it is to go off track. You also see the impact of words and attitude and how it can fuel or diffuse a situation. Words! I thoroughly enjoyed this book. On to season 2. Thank you Ufuomaee.

This book is an insightful exploration of redemption, love's trials and triumphs and many more. The book is very enlightening, it is indeed a small world. It is about different people living complicated lives.

The themes I was able to pick out from this book are conversations with God, love, forgiveness, faith, revenge and love.

I love the book's simplicity. I recommend this book with my full chest 🤗💯💯💯

Indeed this book deserves an award for such a befitting title. I was quite impressed by how deftly the author was able to entwine and cross the paths of so many well developed characters from different books into the same storyline. It was absolute genuis.
I have characters I'm rooting for, and those I completely hate (God forgive me, because I know they're also redeemable creatures).
I loved how the story revolved around Valentine's day, the celebration of love. From various angles, I was able to enjoy the experiences (both sweet and sour) of each individual character.
I don't want to be tempted to give spoilers so I will stop here. I can't wait to dive into the next seasons of this series and see how each character's story unfolds.
Kudos to Ma'am Ufuomaee for such a masterpiece.

PS: Big shout out to my favourite couple in the series, Mary and Ifeanyi. You both are a testament that true love exists.

A Small World 1 picks up from where Broken, The Church Girl and An Emotional Affair left off, pulling together a band of main and side characters into a large ensemble cast.

It's nice to see what happens during happily-ever-after for some characters and how happy the happy-for-nows are. I loved how realistic it was. But what I loved even more was the lesson on prayer and talking to God about your problems.

It was a much-needed lesson that helped me find peace in a storm that was ravaging my heart. I absolutely recommend it. Though the large cast might be a bit confusing at first, if you read the prelude books, you have a better understanding. Plus it ends in a cliffhanger like a good series pilot, getting you ready for the following books.
