This book will not only inspire and encourage you, but also teach you. There are chapters about animals, family, food and more!

The illustrations are charming, delightful, and so in tune with the stories.

It’s an amazing book.

Well done

Lovely illustrations and simple guidance for meditation and possibly journaling . I enjoyed it and will consult it often .
