Grace is the sister or Harriet and Tesa. They have inherited a ranch, Rose Lark Ranch from their grandfather. Grace left a job as assistant to Parker Hartwell and his art Gallery.
Grace works part time at a book store as she helps her sisters run the B & B. She wants to buy the book store. One day she hears a car and sees her ex boss Sam, Parker’s brother. Her crush but he was not around when she quit. So why has he shown up after a year?
Sam has been looking for Grace as he needs her help with an artist and he wants to see her. Will Grace help him?
I loved reading about Grace and Sam. They are well developed and the interaction was great to read. The second hand characters are just as good. The author does an excellent job and love her writing style.
You will find yourself laughing and want to shake Sam and his phone. Harriet has some bad timing but that is what sisters are for.

Another wonderful story by Jenn Roseton. Grace and Sam have been attracted to each other but due to insecurities on both sides they didn't act on their feelings. Just as they are trying to move their relationship forward they are interrupted but eventually love wins the day.

Good story
Sam and Grace were in love with each other but was afraid to share their feelings. So glad they finally verbalize them and cleared the air.

This was a sweet story. The stories have definitely improved since the beginning. Of course I wish there were more character development but nonetheless I liked it.
