Perfect!
Wendy has written such an authentic and personal book, and it feels as if you are almost sitting with her! The most useful of everything I have read so far. Very thorough and helpful. Five stars -and another for luck x

Amazing
I love this book. It has easy to follow history and instructions and is very personable. I appreciate the little tips and the fact that the author gives a personal account of their practice

A very good book!
I really enjoyed reading this book. Wendy Hayton did an excellent job of sharing her wisdom and knowledge with the reader.
