A very good resource for coaching, wish I would have read it years ago before I started coaching, as a lot of it I have already learned or figured out on my own. It was still good though and I learned a few things, although I wish some of it was a little simpler, for example: teaching kids how to throw, the language was a bit confusing and I have some kids on my team that could use some extra work, but I’m going to need to find an easier breakdown to use to help them.
