This book is about pain, pleasure, darkness, and some love; I would chalk it up more of a dark erotica tale.
“Wouldn’t it be better to not feel the shame?” he whispered. “To just enjoy the depravity. You’ll never escape it, Sabrina. I won’t let you. You will become like me one way or the other. Just give in.”
Keep an open mind and be prepared to being and have the author push your limits. The author has a way of capturing your attention and leaves you wanting more. She is quickly becoming one of my favorite authors. I am off to read the next book after that cliffhanger.
On a side note, I would love to know if the author is a local to Massachusetts. Many authors write about Boston. I can always tell if they are locals or not by the small details. But they never write about western Massachusetts. Or she did her research. As parts of western Massachusetts is significant in the performing arts,
