Un día Grisela se sintió muy triste, tan triste como su piel gris. «Tengo que hacer algo», pensó. Cogió un bote de pintura roja y -Si me pinto de un color alegre, seguro que me pongo contenta… “Grisela” es una fábula actual sobre la importancia de ser uno mismo, aceptándose con los defectos y las virtudes propios de cada uno. Cuando se siente mal a causa de su aspecto, la ratoncita protagonista prueba a pintarse de varios colores pero ni de rojo, ni de verde, ni de amarillo, ni a rayas, ni con flores consigue sentirse mejor. El motivo del rechazo, que acentúa su tristeza, son las burlas de los demás animales. Hasta que un repentino contratiempo la lleva a meterse en el agua y entonces sucede que

About the author

Anke de Vries is a Dutch writer. She has written over 30 books and has received several prizes.

After she finished her schooling in Ede she traveled around the world. During these travels she met her French husband, Laurent Félix-Faure. He noticed she was good at writing and encouraged her to take a class in creative writing. This resulted in her first book in 1972.

Anke has been awarded The Silver Pen (Dutch National Book Award) and received mention on the List of Honor of the European Prize for Juvenile Literature. She is the mother of three children and lives part time in The Hague and part time in France.

No matter how hard our protagonist tries to change his mood by choosing other colors, he doesn't quite find the most suitable one. But something will happen that will make him change his mind. Nice illustrations!

Gure protagonistak beste kolore batzuk aukeratuz bere aldartea aldatzen saiatzen den arren, ez du ondo aurkitzen egokiena. Baina iritziz aldaraziko dion zerbait gertatuko da. Ilustrazio politak!

Por mucho que intenta nuestro protagonista cambiar de ánimo eligiendo otros colores, no acaba de dar con el más adecuado. Pero pasará algo que le hará cambiar de idea. Simpáticas ilustraciones!

Peu importe à quel point notre protagoniste essaie de changer son humeur en choisissant d'autres couleurs, il ne trouve pas tout à fait la plus appropriée. Mais il se passera quelque chose qui le fera changer d'avis. Jolies illustrations !
