I bought this book in person from the author in Haworth in 2013 but unfortunately I misplaced it. Well the 2020 #Lockdown gave me plenty of time to rummage and find it!
The story follows a Yorkshire family that have the privilege of purchasing a piece of history, a vintage Rolls-Royce.
Unfortunately the previous criminal owner of the car will stop at nothing to have the vehicle back in his possession! Action follows the car from Haworth in Yorkshire to St Tropez in the south of France, and back again.

This is the third book of Edward Evans that I have read
The other 2 I really enjoyed this one was hard going but determined to finish
This is the tale of a Rolls Royce 11 PY bought at auction
The former owner a drug dealer had the car taken of him by DEA
Robert the new owner tells the story of what they endured from criminals attacking his family, damaging property, following them , threatening them with violence, weapons & guns
He is glad to get rid of the Rolls & get revenge
