This is a part memoir - part how-to guide to successfully quit your job and still have income coming in. I liked the personal stories at the start of each chapter and the to do tasks at the end of each chapter. The book was a quick read full of useful information. Despite the fact that it had a couple of typos, was US in its focus and the author confused cash with capital (well he did say he failed accounting), I still found myself going along the journey and working out some takeaways I can use to increase income from other sources. Recommended to anyone who has even a hint of the entrepreneurial spirit in them.

Another amazing book written by Duatin Heiner!!
So this book tells you in plain language how to accomplish the goal of aving a passive language AND what to avoid to acconplshing this goal. I've purchased all three of his books and it is totally worth reading if you are serious about making this type of change in your life. You should also visit his website that goes into more depth about what to do to make your dream come true. Highly recommended!!

Inspiring
This book had a lot of good tips on how to leverage and make money. I was a bit surprised that so much of the information was about real estate but he did a great job of explaining everything so anyone can understand.

Great book! So empowering!
He gives brief overviews along with specifics(when necessary) of how to set yourself up to break free of a 9 to 5 job and be free to do what you love.
