My kindergartener likes stories about races and he likes dinosaurs, so this was a hit. My preschooler said it was a little scary. It won't win a literary award, but it inspired them to want to read and then to build a Hot Wheels race track in our house with menacing dinosaurs around it, so it was worth reading.
