What a great book! I rarely, if ever, read self-help or personal growth books, but this one stood out and I am glad I picked it up! This book addresses aging in a helpful way--it acknowledges that we change as we age, and the best way to be happy and enjoy each year is to embrace it, understand ourselves, and to be the best we can, however old we are! I love the fact that the book includes questions and self-analysis tools so it isn't just a book to read--it is a book to use.

Highly recommended!!

I liked the aging self-audit. I enjoyed the encouragement to view aging as and adventure. Ken asks you to allow yourself negative emotions with the inevitable losses that come with aging...and he explains why the Lakota-Sioux tribe have a saying…they say that “Today is a good day to die.” Very enlightening.

Courageous Aging

I applaud this book and highly recommend that everyone read it. Especially those who are nearing retirement age. I read this on my Kindle, and it is so helpful I ordered a paperback for my spouse. Well-written Ken Druck!
