After rescuing his father from a brutal drug gang, Billy Ryder thought the worst was behind him.
He was wrong.
When his best friend's daughter is kidnapped, the people responsible leave him with only hours to reach Jamaica, and bring down the country's most ruthless gang.
If he doesn't, she'll be sold into slavery and never heard from again.
The clock is ticking, an innocent girl's life is on the line, and before the end, Billy will find himself smack dab in the middle of a turf war that's turning the Jamaican streets blood red.

(Author's you're looking for a lazy slice of life Florida book don't buy this. If you want guns, guts, and action in the vein of Clive Cussler that takes place along the Florida Coast, buy this book.)
Johnny Asa is the author of the Florida Coast Adventure series. He enjoys scuba diving and sailing all over the globe, and is on a personal goal to do so in every sea in the world.
Tidal Wave: A Sea Adventure (Florida Coast Adventures Book 2) by Johnny Asa is book 2 but you could read this book without having read book one and be okay. This episode takes Billy to Jamaica to try to save a friend's daughter from slave pirates. Again, as in the first book, this is a testosterone filled, action packed, fights, shoot outs, and adventure from almost page one. The action never ends! It is a wild ride and lots of unexpected surprises at every turn. A good book to read to get frustrations out, LOL. Just the right length book too. Love this series. Used my new trial of KU. Yippee! Great plot, complex characters, and wonderful intrigue.
Another Florida Coast Adventures staring Billy. It was just as fun as the first one. This time Billy goes to Jamaica to find and rescue Ren's daughter and her friend kidnapped off their boat. Once Billy gets to Jamaica, it is non-stop action and blood baths. It was great. Although light on in-depth details about the bad guys, I still liked the story as I read it for the non-stop battles to see what Billy would have to survive through this time not history of the gang. My honest review is - if you like non-stop action and battle scenes with lots of guns, read this series. A great light read that just made me giggle and be amazed to see what Billy can live through. Reminds me of the old 80's action movies that we watched for the chase and gun battle scenes to see what the director blew up this time.
Once again, I really enjoyed this book and this authors vivid imagination. The action is swift. The characters believable, and there is one twist after another. Also again, the books need a good editor. Some words are misused and some grammatical errors occur. The author has this thing for calling everything underfoot as the "ground." The floor of a house, the deck of a boat, even the floor of a helicopter or plane are all called the "ground". The floats on a sea plane are called "flotilla" which is a group of ships. He fights off a 20 foot shark with a knife is a little far fetched. A parachute all of a sudden has two floatation devices attached. The hero just happened to have a tracking device on him. Lots of improbabilities, but a highly enjoyable book. I recommend this book to anyone who likes a good James Bond on steroids adventure.
Tidal Wave : Florida coast Adventure #2. by Johnny Asa
Billy and his Dad are running charter tours and Billy is getting bored. Then Ken calls for help, his daughter's been kidnapped by a human trafficking ring in Jamaica and Ken insists Billy call Max for his help as well. With I minutes, Billy is on his way to Ft Lauderdale airport, planning things on the the fly. Hang on, Billy is on full attack mode and it's a quick trip to hell if you're in his way. Thanks for a great read.
Pure drivel. Many of the actions are implausible. The story would be better if most of the gore was eliminated. The author consider putting away the pen and replacing it with a bowling ball.
