Lots of tips along the way. Has menus for 4 weeks, day by day meals with snacks.
Each recipe includes a summary of the dish, variations and color photo. Servings, serving size and nutritional information that includes calories, total fat, sat fat, trans fat, cholesterol, sodium, carbs, fiber, sugar, protein and smart points.
List of ingredients and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low fat, low sugar, etc.
Directions are included also. Really good ideas.

Interesting but not prepare ahead meal prep

This has some very good recipes. They are very healthy. The problem is that it is supposed to be a meal prep book. The meals prepared here are meant to be made and eaten right away. They are also single or family sized servings. Not multi meal freezer or refrigerator meals meant to be reheated.
