It was okay

I was very excited to get this book because I'm most interested in the subject.I have been on the 16/8 timetable and wanted facts from a woman's perspective. The book was generic. No specific info other than to say that studies were done. Beatrice does write well and has the time to study and better her craft.

Good Information!

This was one of the better books that I't read based on this subject.The writer breaks it down in a way that you will be able to understand and follow.This was short an to the point and there is a big emphasis on doing the one that's right for you and not getting discouraged when you think its not working.
