Being empathic.

I am so greatful to the author for writing this book! I was diagnosed as bipolar, but after a couple of weeks a different psychiatrist said I might be empathic. I had never heard the before. After reading this book, I now know that I am an empathic individual. This describes to a T how I have felt and reacted to other people. It should be noted that my husband has been diagnosed with bi-polar disorder for many, many years. I have used many of these coping skills , mentioned, all these years just to survive. Thank you again, Victoria, for turning on my lightbulb!
