A science fiction novella à la Outer Limits or Twilight Zone. A story of justice, as in the Bible, "An eye for an eye." Our hero finds himself in a dark place, visited suddenly by blinding light. He is in a medical facility of some sort. He has no memory. The people around him are brutal and treating him for some sort of disorder. He is well cared for medically, but imprisoned, unable to leave. He escapes, and discovers the awful truth. Don't they all?
