- Pimpernel
- Walk of Infamy
- King of the Friend Zone
- The Kiss that Launched 1,000 GIFs

About the Rhea Jensen series. I like to tongue-in-cheek tell people, WARNING: This Series Contains Mormons. This series is more mystery/adventure with a dab of romance. HOWEVER, the last book in the series, Walk of Infamy, will be a stand-alone novel and end to the Rhea Jensen series that Pimpernel fans will likely enjoy.

Okay, I can't seem to write a separate review for Idle Playgrounds and City Limits. To be clear, they are two separate books; similar story-lines, but different books. Beyond a few references, City Limits cut out the dare-devil fraternity from Idle Playgrounds. That was fine by me, because it seemed to drag in some places. But I don't feel like it was replaced with anything superior. I've read reviews that said City Limits had more action, but I don't see it. What I did see were editing errors. Tons of them. Super annoying and distracting. I also didn't like the ending of either book. I read fiction because I want to escape the negativity of the real world. I like good to conquer evil and for my books to end happily ever after.

I don't understand the move to a different publisher. It doesn't seem to have been an upgrade. And why mess with the books already written? The title of the first book needed some serious help, no question, but why not just change the titles and covers of the books if the publisher insists and leave it at that? For me, it just confuses everything.

I liked that this case was more about Rhea personally. I also was happy with the way it ended.

Oh my goodness!!!!!! I Loved this Book!!!!!! So far I have loved all Sheralyn Pratt's Rhea Jensen books but this one is my top favorite!!!!!! In fact, I got to a point in it, and I was going to stop reading for the night, but all of a sudden I could not put it down.

The first book we learned who Rhea was, and what she did for a living, and how she met the missionaries and her conversion. Book 1.5 was Ty's perspective on how he met Rhea, and fell in love with her. The 2nd book is about Rhea's new life as a "Mormon," and moving to Utah, and meeting Ty, and even though she says she is no longer a PI, she still finds a story to investigate. In Book 3, you find out that all those years of meeting Elliot, her boss in LA, has set her up for a job she does not want, and if she doesn't do it, she will be killed, or all those she loves will be killed.

At first Rhea comes home to some men on her doorstep offering her money to not follow a story of a suicide jumper. She is told not even to discuss it with her best friend, Kay, who is a reporter. Then later the same men come to Kay and offer her money to report the story. Of course, this makes Rhea even more interested. She starts investigating. Then problems start arising, and Rhea has to hide out with Ty and Kay. And she also warns "her" missionary who has come to Utah to move to Provo and go to BYU. Anyway, to not tell the whole story, there is a lot of high speed chases, shooting (some with tranquilizers) and ultimatums. At the end Rhea is told she accepts a job or people will die.

Anyway, my heart was pumping so much, I just had to keep reading. I loved it. If you don't read boos 1 and 2 you won't understand it so much, but read them and be prepared not to put this one down!!!!!

I love this authors books. I can't wait for the next Rhea Jenson series. Rhea is a "retired" PI who can't seem to stay retired. When a secret college fraternity is getting framed for something they didn't do Rhea takes on the case. Little did she know that a bigger secret organization from Europe were the culprits and that they play their games for keeps. After her closest friends and family become targets she gets down to business finding out who the top man is on the chain of command. Ty her boyfriend, Kay, her best friend and Officer Dahl all become her backup voluntarily. When she comes out alive from the one on one with the head honcho, she realizes that she can't bring Ty into a serious relationship because she has too much dangerous baggage.(like the threat of these guys recruiting her kids). She runs away to her dad determined to be a spinster, but TY has other plans and follows her to LA and to the beach for his proposal.

I loved this book. Last year sometime I read an excerpt of it on a website where it was being sold, and I've wanted to get my hands on it ever since. What was funny was that when I finally got around to ordering it, I didn't realize it was book 3 of a series until it arrived on my doorstep. I'm glad I had enough self control to wait for the other 2 to come first. I love this series and this book is no exception...but I want more! ***Don't read beyond here if you don't want to find out a couple of parts of the story!***I wanted to "see" Ty getting to look at Rhea's arsenal of weaponry, and finding out about her near death experience with the 2 bad guys in the first book. I also wanted to hear the whole story about what happened when Rhea saved Kay. Sigh...I really hoped there would be more...maybe someday!

I really liked this book...but I felt it wasn't quite as pulled together as her last Rhea Jensen novel. I felt a little stupid that I didn't catch on to solving the mystery quite as quickly (could have been that I had to put it down so frequently). Still loved reading it, and really wanted to figure out what was going to happen next. I just might like this more reading it a second time in the future. We'll see.

This book is not a sequel but the characters from previous books are mentioned enough that the story will make more sense if you read the previous two books before this one. The story was a little choppy and it's not super clear why the main character is in the situation she is in at first. The reason for the mystery should have built up more before the main character gets so involved.

This is book three. It's scarrier than the other two. To try and stop Rhea from pursuing her case, her life and her best friends are threatened. It has a very suspenseful and strange ending. The best parts of the story are her developing relationship with Ty!

I so hope this won't be her last book in the series! I love her PI Rhea Jensen and I love Sheralyn Pratt's writing! This book was every bit as exciting and interesting as the others, and she had a better editor this time, so hardly any typos. Sheralyn, if you're reading this, please write more!!

Maybe it's because I took me a while to get through this book, but I found it a little hard to follow. I really like the main characters and story, but there were a few names mentioned I had trouble placing.

This was my favorite of the three books I think but then again I got to read all three in a row as if they were one book which was very enjoyable for me. Thanks Sheralyn. These were fun fun fun to read. I am already missing my friends I found in the story.

Pleasantly surprised by this one. I haven't read the first two books so was concerned I'd miss a lot, and I do think I missed some things; but was a good, quick, enjoyable little mystery. I thought Rhea's character stayed pretty true to a young adult LDS convert.

I love this series, and this book is no different. However, apparently it was republished under the title City Limits and she made a lot of changes to the story. I haven't read that version yet because I own this one, but I doubt Pratt could mess up on the new one, so I look forward to reading it.

Getting ridiculous and too over the top even for me. The first two were kind of fun, but the main character Rhea is egocentric and appearance obsessed to the point that she is no longer fun to read about.

The third Rhea book, this time with more of the PI life coming back to haunt the main character as she is trying to adjust to her life changes and new home. I loved the awkward returned missionary who is so high and mighty. So funny!

Still an enjoyable mystery with Rhea Jensen, but the plot took some really fast twists that I felt were a little hard to follow. I hope that the author will use this character in future novels.

Much more action and intrigue than the second book in the "trilogy." Fun to read and follow the characters through to their happily ever after.

This was as darling as the other 2 books. Fun, exciting characters and I love the way their friendships develop and how they can all count on each other. Great series!

I was a little disappointed by this book. I feel like the author changed her style from the first two and I didn't like the result. I felt like the plot was jumpy and didn't flow well.
