A solid , easy to understand overview of the "Complete CRM" idea. I found this to make a lot of sense in terms of how all data and interactions can work together to give you a full understanding of your prospects journey. From this foundation one can make educated and targeted decisions at the right time with maximum affect. CRM is not just for salesmen, it is a very useful for every aspect of one's business. If you are going down the path of a researching or creating a comprehensive CRM, this book will point you in the proper direction.

Outdated, naturally as technology improves over time. Still I thought this may be helpful in revamping my business model and discovering areas where I could improve. But, I can’t get past feeling this book is a marketing ploy to guide business to the author’s company. I have found other CRM manuals to be more helpful and will be implementing the things I learned from them. The information here is presented as if it is transformative and hard to grasp. It isn’t, the guide does not do much except give a customer service lesson (which is drawn out and unremarkable) and guide users to the products mentioned.

As a new business owner, I have been looking for ways to continue to educate myself and to help my business grow. Customer Relations Management (CRM) is an essential key to maintaining this goal, and this book has helped to put that into perspective. A lot of great information that I can put into practice, and it really drives home how important CRM is for any business. I definitely would recommend this book for any business owner.

I think it is a really informative book, but CRM has new features with the newly developing technology. For example, customized email marketing, marketing automation, etc. I think Prosoftly is using the technology efficiently and effectively to improve its software. https://www.prosoftly.com/
