It is nice to know that this BDSM community is so close and all is willing to go rescue Rystar the Russian Dom. Thane's brother by blood oath/bond and now Brie's. Rystar was Brie's first auction winner from the submissive training school.

5 amazing stars
I think there's only one book from this entire series that i don't own from Red Phoenix's Brie's Submission series. It's the kind of series that really makes you see just how far an individual will go to show their need and dedication towards another person. One of the things that i've noticed from this series is that while you don't need to read the entire series to understand what's happened, it does give readers a huge understanding of what Brie has gone through and her link to Anton Durov.
4 breath taking dreams
One of the things i've realized is that while i hadn't read the previous book, i did read Her Russian Knight and it gave me the back story to understand what was going on and boy was it as emotional as the previous one. Not only did we get to find out if Anton comes back or not, but we also see a new side to Faeland that i never expected. This is one series that is captivating and i can't wait for the next instalment to come out so i can find out Brie, Sir and Anton's destiny after everything they've gone through.

Her Russian Returns is the fifteenth book in the Brie's Submission series by Red Phoenix. I have read this series from the very beginning, and I haven't had a book yet that has disappointed me. And this book was no exception. I have always had a soft spot for Rystar and how he interacts with Thane and Brie. And there were plenty of sexy times with all three of them even with Brie being six months pregnant and Thane recovering from his accident. This book had plenty of action to it and revenge and plenty of mind games as only Rystar can. He doesn't let anything slow him down. I also have a huge soft spot for his new puppy. I can't wait for the next book to find out what happens with Lilly and watch as Brie gets bigger with her pregnancy and as Thane gets stronger with his physical therapy. I'm also excited to see if she gets to play out her fantasy that she wrote in her fantasy journal. I'm going to keep my fingers crossed. I voluntarily reviewed an advanced reader copy of this book.

Solid 4 stars for Her Russian Return by Red Phoenix . This book cannot stand alone.
I started this series just this year - when it was on KU - and really enjoyed it over all.
This book is a quick read and starts off where the last book ended. Now, if you've not read up the previous books please don't read this review because there's no way to write a review without spoilers for you.

Okay, Rytsar was taken in the last book and in this book we find out what happens to him and his rescue is surprising for sure. I won't get into it because I was a bit shocked so I won't spoil that for you.
This book has the usually things we've come to expect from this series. Brie and Sir make an appearance and things are always steamy when all three of them are in the room. We see some of the other characters as well.
There are a lot of loose ties that get tied in this book and so I'm curious where the series goes. If you are a fan of the Russian, like I am, this book is totally worth the read. I was excited to seem him return and I'm sure you will too.
I gave this book 4 stars because some things in the book (and really in the series) aren't all that realistic and some of the dialogue is corny for me. Some things said just wouldn't be said in real life or at least it wouldn't in my opinion. However, it's still a solid book that I'd recommend to anyone a fan of the series or a fan of BDSM books.

Rytsar really stole my heart in this installment of the Brie series! Hopefully everyone has been reading the books in order so what I talk about won't be spoilers. I was scared to death to find out what happened to him after he was brutally taken from Sir's hospital room. His ordeal was heartbreaking, but his constant unlikely companion warmed my heart! For a while there I wasn't sure that our beloved Sadist was going to be returning to his friends.
The team from the Submissive Training Center rescue him, but not without a sacrifice made by one of the team. Ugh that part gutted me!! Not for the faint of heart, that is for sure!
It was wonderful to see Thane finally get to leave the hospital and reconnect with Brie and his "brother". Both Sir and Rytsar are on the mend, but they both still have a long way to go.
Finally, progress is made with the Lilly situation. Hopefully she is going to at last get what is coming to her, Russian style!!

One of the most amazing books I have ever read I couldn't put it down and read the whole thing in one night. Red Phoenix never disappoints and has poured her heart into this one. There are many surprises, some scary moments and a lot of Aww moments along the way. If like me you love the Brie series you will understand when I say you feel like you know the characters personally. This is why when one or more of the characters are going through pain you feel it with them. The whole story is full of emotions, it will have you crying one minute then laughing the next, and there might even be times when you shout at the book. There are honestly some heart wrenching scenes in this book so keep the tissues near, you will need them. Thank you Red Phoenix for continuing this series it truly is one of the best I have ever read and I look forward to every book that is released.

I received a copy of this book for an honest review.
I have been on pins and needles waiting to find out what happens to my Rytsar Durov. The love Durov holds for Thane, Brie and moye solntse is extraordinary. With him being captured it is up to his friends and some not so friends to find and return him to Brie and Thane. I was in tears at the beginning of this and even found myself trying to hold it together during other parts.
Rytsar may be a sadist but loves with all he has and has a large heart for family and those he loves. I have to say one of the many things that happened in this book was when Rytsar was on the brink of giving up he was sent a savior to boost his energy and gave him a fighting chance. It was a stray dog that would not give up on him. This mutt gave him what he needed to hang on tell an extraction attempt was made. When the Calvary showed up Durov had mixed emotions when he saw who came. OMG what Todd had to endure was hard to see I was crushed. All I can say is that being able to see the boy he was in the first Brie books to the man he is now truly makes my heart happy.
After everything Durov suffered he has to decide if he will let his past go and move forward or continue to hold grudges. There is still the Lilly threat out there on Brie that Durov is determined to end. The Sadist was really able to come out to play in this book and I have to say I kinda enjoyed seeing it. My favorite was seeing Brie, Thane and Rytsar reconnecting and bringing the love they share and how much they mean to one another together.
I cannot wait for the next adventure of these wonderful individuals.

Her Russian return's
Before I begin I want to say I have read many series of books but by far this is the best series I have ever read that I sit on the edge of my seat waiting for the next book to come out and then I feel it's not long enough I just keep wanting more I gave it 5 stars because I just can't get enough of Red Phoenix she knows exactly how to pull you into her world of characters you want to know every aspect of their lives you get to know them so well that they feel like they could be part of your family. I didn't like the fact that faylan had to loose his eye but I do like the fact that he has so much heart. I also love the fact that Rytsar has been able to forgive his brothers and move on.he also has a chance to get to know Samantha all over again although they will never be what they once were. I just wish it had been longer I wasn't done finding out more about Rytsar I still want to know what happened with Rytsar's father at the end of his life . I would recommend this book and the series to anyone who loves a great book . I have a lot of favorite authors but Red Phoenix is my ultimate top author by far I love to laugh and to cry with her May God continue to bless her with the words she needs to continue with her writing of her books I'm so glad that I was introduced to her books thank you Red Phoenix.

It was about time he returned!
I have read Brie's stories from the first single publication until now.
This book is not quite as kinky as the rest. Instead it tells about unspeakable horrors, brotherhood, love and honour. Bravery and sacrifice in the most unexpected places, unconditional devotion, and old as well as renewed friendships
Of course there are quite sumptuously steamy reunion scenes. No Brie/Sir/Rytsar story could be without them.
But the best balm for my outraged sensibilities was the satisfying revenge of old and new atrocious wrongs.

EPIC CONTINUATION
OMG! I've been waiting for this story to continue! So not disappointed! The story continues right where it left off thank goodness! All questions were answered regarding Sir, Brie, Rystar and that evil spawn Lilly. My advice start at the beginning of this series each is it's own story so wonderfully written you just can't help get caught up with each character!

The story opens shortly after Rystar has been kidnapped. He awakens in a plane in flight, bruised with severe physical injuries. Tormented by one assailant while feigning unconsciousness. He believes he is being taken to the stronghold of the Koslov brothers, the same two who with the aide of his father killed his mother. Both are insane and high on their power in the Russian Mafia. When he fails to entertain them with their continued torture because of his injuries they throw him into a cold underground cell. Existing only on the little water they force on him so that he will take longer to die and suffer longer. Befriended by a stray that visits him each night, Rystar awaits the sweet release of death. Yet his friends from the Centre have not given up on him and plat a way to gain his release. The cost is high and not just in monetary value. Rystar's need for vengeance grows as does his desire to see Thane, still lies recovering in a hospital and Brie, his radost moya.
This story delves deeper into what made Rystar the man and Dom he is. Although it is always best to read the series from the beginning to get all the nuances, "Her Russian return can be read and enjoyed on its own, but not without some gaps. If you truly do not want to start at the beginning I would go back to at least book 13, Her Russian Knight, but I stand by recommendation of reading the series in its entirety. Mostly because it is that good and a series not to be missed. Many of the scenes are very intense and graphic in their sensual content. Hence the age restriction. Rystar's life has never been easy but we do begin to see a healing of his spirit. Erotica at its best by a very talented author.

Never, ever underestimate Rytsar. When that Dom makes a promise he keeps it. This story was full of so many emotions I am still dealing with and I will be re-reading the book soon. We knew that Red wouldn't disappoint us with Anton's story. (Once you are a trusted friend you can call him Anton.) It was hard to read about the trauma he went through before being rescued but this was a very necessary part of his story. Some closure was given for the horrible way his brothers treated him in the past and that helped my heart feel better for Rytsar. He went through so much and still is such a wonderful, caring character that we all have fallen in love with. I used to think, "book boyfriends, yeah right". This series has truly made a believer out of me and I will admit that I now have several 'book boyfriends', just don't tell my husband, lol.
The love between Rytsar, Sir and Brie is truly breathtaking and I really enjoyed it when Sir came home from the hospital and Rytsar was going to leave so they could have privacy. Brie told him that she and Sir wanted him there with them where he belonged. I would really love for the 3 of them to be in a relationship together forever but if not I understand and hope that we can still have them be together occasionally. We still need a trip to the island for them.
It was good to have some closure between Ms Clark and Rytsar, hopefully now she can move on and find the happiness she needs. So many wonderful characters to read about and I hope everyone has read the series from the beginning. You won't regret it that's for sure and I'm also sure you will fall in love with the entire series. Who doesn't need a hot and steamy read – I know I'm always up for a sexy and steamy book to read particularly on the weekends. This is part of a serialized book although you don't have to read the other books but it would help you to further enjoy and appreciate the story more. It's about love, hope, friendship, pain, suffering, and the horror that only people are capable of visiting on others.
One definition of love to me is that you nurture and protect those that you love. It's not something that you even have to think about it’s a part of you just like breathing. In this installment you learn more about Rystar's abduction, what he went through. Rystar's rescue from his capture though dangerous and a committed team of caring friends to willingly take the risk. Despite the risks all goes as expected and Rystar is returned to Sir and Brie. The reunion between the three is steamy, and bittersweet. If you haven't read any of the books you'll get a taste of what went before through Rystar's flashbacks.
A lot happens in this book and it will keep you wondering what's next for the three of them? Will there be any issues that will arise from Rystar's experience? Is there a change coming for the trio and if so what??? You'll get your hot and steamy fix from this book that is for sure so get your copy and join the rest of us.
Who doesn't need a hot and steamy read – I know I'm always up for a sexy and steamy book to read particularly on the weekends. This is part of a serialized book although you don't have to read the other books but it would help you to further enjoy and appreciate the story more. It's about love, hope, friendship, pain, suffering, and the horror that only people are capable of visiting on others.
One definition of love to me is that you nurture and protect those that you love. It's not something that you even have to think about it’s a part of you just like breathing. In this installment you learn more about Rystar's abduction, what he went through. Rystar's rescue from his capture though dangerous and a committed team of caring friends to willingly take the risk. Despite the risks all goes as expected and Rystar is returned to Sir and Brie. The reunion between the three is steamy, and bittersweet. If you haven't read any of the books you'll get a taste of what went before through Rystar's flashbacks.
A lot happens in this book and it will keep you wondering what's next for the three of them? Will there be any issues that will arise from Rystar's experience? Is there a change coming for the trio and if so what??? You'll get your hot and steamy fix from this book that is for sure so get your copy and join the rest of us.

Her Russian Returns was another excellent installment in the Bries Submission series. Red Phoenix only gets better and better with each new book. I couldn't stop myself from devouring the pages. Rytsar has always been my favorite of all the Dom's so I couldn't contain my excitement that he was getting another story. Her Russian Returns kept me on the edge of my seat from start to finish. While totally consuming me in endless emotions. Phoenix angst game was definitely strong this book. I don't know how many times I found myself holding my breath waiting on what was coming next. Or grabbing for the tissues as I was holding back tears.
I not only loved that we got to know more about Rytsar but also some of the fellow characters we've come to love as well. To me this book was where Faelen's character truly shined. We got a whole nother side to his character that I truly never expected! But what made me truly fall in love with this story was the emotional connection and bond that these characters have developed over 15 books, it truly is phenomenal. This book gives you everything you are looking for and more. It gives you overwhelming love, passionate devotion, renewed acceptance and over due healing.

Can these books become any better by the ever talented Red Phoenix? Her Russian Returns was unforgettable and memorable beyond words! This series keeps you begging for more and Red doesn't make you hold out. She delivers just what you need with in these series, making it addicting, succumbing and enticing!
I am a firm believer in reading a series from the beginning and Brie's journey is no different. You can read Her Russian Returns without reading the previous books, however, you wouldn't fully grasps the connection between Brie, Rystar and Sir. Their history has an impact that this story doesn't truly show unless you read from the start.
The entire cast of the Training Center team up for a heart pounding addition to Brie's journey. As Brie and Thane mend and keep becoming stronger, light is finally shed on the magnificent Russian Dom about his past and his true form. Trauma, loss & pain truly doesn't capitalize his past but we see a glimpse.
I absolutely love Red's writing and these books of hers are always enjoyable. I like how the whole crew is back to rally together. I love that we go more in depth about My ultimate favorite Dom... Rystar!! That man can wet some panties! Also, the steamy scenes only get better and better! Praise for another magnificent addition by Red Phoenix!!

Brie is back! Along with Sir Thane Davis, Faelen (Wallace or Todd Wallace), and our beloved Russian, Rytsar. When last we saw Rytsar, he was being taken back to Russia to face his hated enemies, The Koslov brothers. I have to tell you, some mighty odd stuff goes down while Rytsar is in captivity with the brothers, and even odder still after Rytsar is rescued and gets his revenge. (All I’m going to say is that a cow tongue was involved and it was twisted.)
Unfortunately, one of our beloved rescuers has to make a huge sacrifice for them all to make it out alive, but Rytsar is determined to make it home to Brie and the baby. Of course, Lilly has to be dealt with, and I will add here that while I didn’t like what she had in store for Brie, I am also finding what’s going down with her to be a bit harsh, Maybe she’ll turn out to be a lovely person afterwards, but sometimes I don’t necessarily agree with how Rytsar deals with things.
I am looking forward to seeing if Wallace gets his own book with his new love interest, I’m also curious as to whether or not Rytsar will find a woman of his own, or continue to be an occasional partner with Brie and Sir Davis as he has been.

Wait a minute, did you expect me to give this book, the 15th in the series, anything LESS than five stars??? That would mean that Red Phoenix had abdicated her responsibility to write a stellar, hot, steamy, and enjoyable book. And she did just that. Rystar Durov is Brie's Russian, the one who fulfilled the very first fantasy in her notebook, the one who worships her unborn child, and the sadist who loves Brie and her Sir Davis with every ounce of his being. Don't hesitate on this series. Just don't. If you want to see what BDSM is like up close and personal, especially the personal relationships between Doms and their Subs, this is the perfect book to read and learn. I highly recommend this series, but I would caution you that you should begin with Book 1 (or the first set) and read forward. There is so much information and hotness contained in those first books. I know it seems like a lot to get to Book 15, but it isn't. You'll be so engrossed, you won't notice that the seductiveness with which Red writes will have literally made the time disappear.

Love love love Rystar. This book made me feel things. At the beginning of reading this series I thought it was just going to be Brie at the training center learning and having sexy time with a lot of doms. But it has grown so much more past that and I'm so glad I found this series. I wish there were more like these out there.
On this book specifically I was a little worrisome about how Rystar would retaliate, thinking this might be the book that crosses the line. But it definitely surpassed my expectations. The love that Rystar has for Brie and Thane and his little sunshine just fucking tear at my heart strings. But this book has also left me wondering, since every other book with a dom has a hae with a girl, who is Rystar going to end up with? Will he end up with anyone? If he really just satisfied living vicariously through Brie and Thane? Will he join them to make a threesome? SO MANY QUESTIONS UNANSWERED. Really my only critique is that THESE BOOKS NEED TO BE LONGER D": i need some more of the sexy russian dom in my life

Almost losing Rystar is unthinkable. After being kidnapped, he is taken back to Russia, held in captivity, beaten, starved and suffering a slow lingering death. While he almost gives in to the cruelty he is not allowed to because of the efforts of a persistent little dog. She first gives him companionship followed by scraps of food. She literally gives him the strength to survive. Just when it looks like his end has come he is rescued by Samantha, Captain and Faelan. His rescue comes at a high price and is paid by one of his friends. Once free, he along with the help of his estranged brothers and his friends set in motion the ultimate and final revenge on the Koslovs; their complete annihilation. Rystar returns to Thane and Brie battered and bruised but joyously alive. He finally deals with Lilly utterly and completely. Now he anxiously awaits the birth of Brie's baby so he can be the doting uncle.

After Rytsar is freed by his friends, one more thing has to happen before he can join Sir in the United States. His vengeance against his torturers must be carried through. You will not believe how cunning this Russian can be!
Once the threat is neutralized, it is time to handle what to do with the 'beast'. She still is avoiding capture and she is as deadly as ever. But is there a jail anywhere that will keep her from escaping. A final solution must be reached without endangering the baby and without terminating her. After all, those are Brie's wishes. She still hopes that somehow they will be able to find a way to help Lily become more of a normal person.
This book is full of the cunning Russian and his methods to protect Brie and Sir. He is so smart and deliciously bad, he is one of my favorite character in the Brie saga.

Must read, Rystar is back with Sir and Brie
Loved this book. They keep getting better. The story and all the back story was fantastic to find out why the Kovlos were out to get Rystar. Rystar was brave,ruthless and determined to keep the ones he loved out of danger. His love for Sir and Brie kept him going when he thought he couldn't. The scenes after he came back were so emotional and earth shattering to them all. Rystar loved and he loved deeply and never let those suffer. He brought down the worst men possible and made them suffer. He took care of those he loved. He started a rehabilitation home for those who were take into sex trafficking and had been rescued , somewhere they could be cared for and helped to survive. This is my 15 book by this author and I'm waiting on the next of this series.

My heart is still beating fast. This was an awesome read, full of action and suspense. As always my favorite Russian does not disappoint me. Rytsar the sadist with the biggest heart. When he was hurting I was hurting I wanted to cry I was so invested the story. But by the time he was being rescued I wasn't sure how I felt because another of my favorites (Wallace aka Faelan) was hurt and I'm felling some type of way. It could have went another way. Still on the fence. But it doesn't change how much I love the book and the story. I love the sexy threesomes between Brie, Sir Davis and Rytsar as always and I cant wait until Sir Davis is on his feet again. Oh my Brie and her fantasies are super hot!!!. I want Rystar to find another that he can fall in love with. He's too good to be alone. Bring on Sir Davis's POV up next.

I love Rytsar Durov, he has a special place in my heart and head. He is everything, yet shows nothing. His hardened façade that he shows people isn't really who he is. He is the most caring and loving man. In this story he has been captured by his enemies. He must stay strong to survive. With the help of his friends he is set free. He is such a strong survivor, and vows to make his captors pay in a big way. When Rystar comes back to Bree and his friends I saw a softer side to him. The bond that Thane, Bree, and Rystar have are so strong and unbreakable. In my eyes they fit so well together. I do believe there is more to Rystar and I do hope that he finally finds someone that he can share his life and love with. I can't wait for what happens next to these amazing characters.

Sexy Russian Dom
My first book by this author, and I loved the writing. The storyline is gritty and intense. Though a standalone, I felt I missed a few key ingredients to fully appreciating the story, but caught on fairly easy as Ms. Phoenix filled in enough of backstory to speed up this reader. Ms. Phoenix presents an awesome portrayal of the relationship of Rystar Durov, Brie and Thane Davis. I was getting anxious while reading how Rystar was going to survive with what he’s had to endure. Lots going on, it’s seductive and intense, and suspenseful. Her Russian Returns is a great addition to the Brie’s Submission series. Now I need to start this series from the beginning. Ok this has blown my mind. Honestly I know at the heart this is a romance series not meant to be taken at any really depth, it is intended as a late night guilty pleasure - that is were the series started but man, I was not expecting the emotional depths that we have encountered after Brie and Thanes wedding.
So many times I have cried more for Durov than any other character and it didn't finish here. His story is one of repeated loss and I for one am still craving the moment when the 'trio' becomes official. Its obvious Brie and Thane need Durov I could see it becoming permanent.
This stopped being a light easy read for me quite a few books ago, too emotionally invested. it is great - its unlike anything else in its genre.

Let's face it, if you haven't read this series, you are in for a treat! This is book 15 and they are all equally better than the last. So, Sir Davis is recuperating from his accident, and Brie learns that Rystar was abducted and might be dead. However, her connection to the sadist made her reach out for some help from some unforgettable people from their community. They will all put their life at risk for this one man, who's done so much for Brie and Sir. The rescue is epic, but the return home is fantastic. The connection all these people have to each other is something you never saw before. I am so looking forward to the next chapter in this AMAZING story. I voluntarily reviewed an arc.
