Generally very good, however while some areas are exceptionally specific, others are a bit vague (particularly concerning metabolic riding).

If you’re not a fan of porridge and rice cakes, or want more in the way of recipes, this book probably isn’t for you. If you want an understanding of the basic requirements for cycling and the science behind it, well recommended.

Nothing new here. Good enough read but weak only the "recipes"
