The third volume and slightly better though really they need another gimmick for Black's memory wiping (you know, maybe he can just dream a bit less???). But I did like the battles, team Plasma is pretty horrible but I also like it because they are really villains, the gym battles were so fun and seeing Black try to figure things out (without use of Munna) is just so fun. I also like the Pokedex, meeting new Pokemon, seeing White and Black get closer and see White get her agency of the ground and think of fun things to do for Pokemon and humans. And I also like the art! Glad that Bianca/Ceren (seriously he is so background I forget his name) are not that much in the picture this time.
Oh, and the art is quite fun! I like the style, especially during the battles.

Lo que más me gusta de estos tomos es lo rápido que se leen y entretenidos que son, la historia avanza un poco lenta dando prioridad a las batallas pokemon con Black y situaciones divertidas con White, dando solo pequeñas pistas sobre los villanos y sus planes, un poco parecido a como sucede en los videojuegos,por ahora los capítulos son entretenidos y quiero seguir leyendo por el carisma de los protagonistas, Black me gusta como entrenador, estudioso y analítico algo que no había visto hasta la fecha y espero en los siguientes tomos ver más desarrollo de White como entrenadora pokemon.

I’m really enjoying the characters in Black and White. Black and White are driven by their dreams, but also rather hilarious in their own ways. I also like that this series is based a lot around battles and Black’s desire to reach the Pokémon League. Sometimes it seems like battling is a side effect of the plot, but not in this series. I’m looking forward to seeing him go all the way!

Plus Gen 5 has some incredible Pokémon. It’s nice to see them get a chance to shine!

I greatly enjoyed this one. We get to see more of White and I really love her. She cares very deeply about pokemon, and can be really funny.
This book had quite a few battles in it too, 2 gyms and a couple trainer battles, Black is working really hard to complete his dream.
We got more of a look at team plasma, I really don't like anything about them. I hope Black and White are able to stop them.

Fue un tomo bastante interesante. Fue muy divertido ver los desafíos de los gimnasios, mas allá de los combates. Además estuvo divertido ver las peleas y los distintos estilos de pelea de los líderes. Los protagonistas siguen siendo poco mas que funcionales. Pero la historia está lo suficientemente entretenida como para mantenerme enganchado.

So, Black and White are continuing their journey stopping for commercial shoots and solving mysteries along the way. Poor Black gets blamed for everything by the TV crews. Sometimes White gets really excited and wrapped up in her business, and Musha tries to get her while Black is holding him back. Ah, it makes me smile every time. So cute. And, wow, White's in charge of a whole musical now. Get it, girl!

Black snags a win from Lenora and solves the case of the missing dragon skeleton. This is where we are told that one of Team Plasma's goals to find the dragon type pokemon from legend. Our main Black and White legendaries, of course, but we haven't met them in the flesh yet.

Okay, sidebar: I know there is not a lot of diversity in Japan nor is diversity one of their main concerns, so it was really great to have a totally bad ass black gym leader (Lenora). Here's the thing, she's also one of the only female characters with a bigger body type (that's not played up for gags). Are they trying to double up here by adding a different body type on top of her being black? This is me trying really hard not to accuse the game creators of stereotyping black female bodies. It would be nice to see more diversity in the manga moving forward though. Body-type, color, sexual orientation, etc, all the things.

The fight with the old Janitor/CEO on Skyarrow Bridge was really the best.

Castelia City is where we meet the naughty Zorua. This part seems out of place to me. I don't know how this fits into the story as a whole. I'm sure we will continue to see him and his mischief, so I'm holding out for when it gets explained later.

Actually we've got a lot happening in Castelia City. We meet Iris. Black takes the win from dramatic artist/ gym leader, Burgh. Bianca is attacked! Tep evolves, which is bittersweet because now he's not the adorable counterpart to White's Gigi. But they must get stronger, alas. And they aggravate Team Plasma a bit and get back the kidnapped pokemon.

Seriously, though, what is Zorua's end game here?

This one was also very good; I am really liking the characters of Black and White; they even made me laugh a few times in this volume. Team Plasma is also very interesting and much more to themselves compared to previous teams.
