Second book I have read from Marc Mclean I really enjoyed both however this was a firm favourite, I love that his books are clearly written without jargon and so relatable, I love how there are photos of the workouts and it clearly states how to complete the workout effectively and states what not to do and the advice for building your own workout, would recommend to anyone especially if you are new to strength training like myself
