Falling for my Neighbor
I’ve always had a thing for older men…
It all started with Macon, my tennis instructor. I’ve liked him for years, but of course, he never saw me as anything other than a shy, nerdy wallflower.

I wasn't impressed.... It was over the top cheesy like any other story of the kind... But it was short and good to pass the time...

Hot and steamy novella involving a double whammy of my favorite tropes - babysitter/parent and older man/younger woman. I loved this one! Macon is hot and sexy. For a limited time this comes with a bonus book which is also really hot.

When Macon moves back into town he has the gossipers tongues awagging. Not only bc he is handsome but bc he is a billionaire that is newly divorced with a little baby. Vanessa has had a crush on Macon for years and when she hears that he has moved back into town and looking for a babysitter, she can't believe her luck. Just the thought of getting to see him again after all these years fills her with happiness. Things start to heat up when Macon opens the door and discovers how much Vanessa has changed and he is instantly taken with her. You can't help what the heart wants and these two want each other. Lila Younger gives us another fast and explosive insta-love that we have come to love.

Another Swexy Book By Lila
I am voluntarily reviewing an advanced reader copy of this book, Falling For My Neighbor by Lila Younger.
I can't help getting excited when I see an email from Lila and the word "ARC" in the subject line. Her books are marvelous. I love a short, steamy, sweet read and that is what you get with Lila. I have yet to read one of her books and be disappointed and I truly do NOT see that ever happening! She knows how to tell a story just right to draw her readers in and keep their attention till the last word. Thank you Lila for the hours of entertainment I have received from you and I look forward to many more.
Vanessa has had a major crush on Macon for years and when she hears that he has returned to their small town with his infant daughter, Jaime, but no wife/mother and that he needs a babysitter, she is very quick to volunteer. Macon barely remembers Vanessa, just a vague memory of big glasses and being quite shy, so when a beautiful young woman shows up at his door, he is surprised but also turned on. Much to Macon's shock and delight, Jaime takes to Vanessa immediately and Vanessa gets the job.
With both Vanessa and Macon feeling the strong attraction, it isn't long before they give into temptation and have sex. Knowing that people would have a problem with it they keep it a secret from everyone. Vanessa knows how she feels about Macon but how does he feel about her? He's more than 10 years older than her, is she just a fling? What will people (her mother) say if they find out?

Lila younger has done it again with this book, it came out a perfect time and I am glad it did it was exactly what I needed.
As soon as I started reading this I felt the chemistry between the two characters straight away.
Macon was a single dad and did his best raising his daughter and working and finishing his study, he was pretty much taken for ride by the mother of his child and decided to reside into a small country town. I really liked this character even though he was much older I didn't feel this throughout the book.
In this small town comes Vanessa who is trying to decide what to do with the rest if her life and is stuck, until Macon comes through with a job to keep her going while she decides. I really liked her she went for what she wanted and didn't like anything get in her way.
Loved this book , fantastic read, great writing, if you’re looking for some easy, dirty, short sharp read then this is the one for you

Good In the Important Parts
Good balance of steam, attraction, cute kid, and goals, aligning. This is an age gap romance that understands that not all couples share everything in common, but only need coalesce on a few key issues, letting each person, thrive independently and within the partnership...and the steam is pretty high, too!

I was pleasantly surprised with this book! It was so good. Quick read, great main characters, safe, no ow/om , I loved Jamie and Serena, great epilogues. No complaints!

Sweet story
I enjoyed reading Macon and Vanessa's story. Macon needs a babysitter for his baby girl. Vanessa falls for his baby and falls more for him.

Great story. Vanessa has always had a crush on Macon growing up and now he's back in town divorced, with a baby, and looking for a babysitter. But a babysitting job is just the beginning with these two. Such a sweet story and little Jamie is the cutest. I voluntarily reviewed an advance reader copy of this book.

I loved Falling For My Neighbor so much I couldn't put it down it was short and sweet with the right amount of sexy, I loved Vanessa and Macon and especially little Jamie And I loved their story! I'm so happy Lila decided to republish this story because I loved it the first time! Another Hit Lila can't wait to read more!
